Tracy was quick to respond to my questions , Pre-booking. So very helpful. Easy to find and get into. Lovely, cozy home. Perfect for 2 to 4 guests as well as 4 footed furry babies. Stocked with games and 2 TV's for those times you want to catch up on your favorite shows. Tipp city has cute shops and several really nice places to eat. Perfect place for a long weekend. Tracy has everything set for you.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, the perfect size for our young family and the location was perfect to Tipp City's downtown shops and restaurants. Stephanie was very kind and accommodating. We were thankful to have found this hidden gem in the heart of Tipp City. Thank you Stephanie!

Perfect 9 day stay for visiting friends in town. Kaysee thought of everything to make you feel at home. She even made sure there was a regular coffee maker since we are not Keurig fans. Bathroom was equipped with toiletries and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nice bath towels and lots of TP. Beds were super comfortable and extra warm blankets great for chilly OH winters. Location is perfect, Kroger a minute drive away and downtown is even walkable! We would definitely book this again!

Tipp City is a clean, safe, walkable community. This Airbnb home was as described. After living in Tipp for over 20+ years we can confirm that the one thing that we noticed was the lack of train traffic. When living there trains were a constant experience but now the trains are definitely fewer. The Airbnb home is far enough away that they were definitely not an issue. We would stay at Big Blue in the future.
