Monthly Rentals in Tipp City

We had such an amazing stay! The house was clean and comfortable! Tracy was helpful and very responsive! I appreciated how much thought they put into our stay— from leaving some snacks/treats for us to leaving some toys for our kids to play with. Thank you so much for an excellent stay! We would absolutely book again!

There was a magical ambience upon entering the premises...providing a sense of respite from the hustle and bustle of traveling. Shari messaged us about a week before our arrival to see if there was anything she could provide for us in the way of food or snack for the next morning. All we requested was a couple of bottles of water. There were six bottles of H2O in the fridge! We really liked the attention to detail in the decor. It's very inviting.

Stephanie's place was a great home base for our visit to Dayton for WGI World Championships! 25 minutes from University of Dayton, Tipp City is a quaint little town with all the charm you would expect! We were close enough to walk downtown for shopping and food. The coffee at Sip and brunch at Sam & Ethel's were both great! Plus you can't miss the Rad Candy Company! We also ventured out to the local trail for a nice walk! The accommodations had everything our family of four needed for an extended weekend stay. It was wonderfully decorated with plenty of room! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, and the in-unit laundry was a great bonus! Plus the rooms had white noise machines which came in handy! Stephanie's co-host Tina also proactively reached out to warn us of incoming severe weather! Stephanie's place is a great location if you are going to Tipp City or need something in the Dayton area!
