I have never used an Airbnb before and not too sure what to expect, but was really surprised by the standard of this accommodation . There was a lovely welcome basket and bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket waiting for our arrival. Everything was spotless and decorated tastefully with comfortable super king size beds. Wished we could of stayed longer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, dining, and public transportation, which made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing thoughtful recommendations that enriched my visit. Overall, my stay was seamless and memorable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay. I can’t wait for my next visit!

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location and views, with fantastic hosts. We were made to feel right at home from the minute we arrived. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for the few nights. We’ll definitely be staying again!

We stayed with our two 9 year old children. We all enjoying the indoor pool and how quiet it was. It offfered privacy. We like the location: between Torquay Harbour and Babbcome beach. Both in walkable distance (20-30 minutes) Victoria and Mike were very accommodating to make out stay even more enjoyable. We got freshly baked donuts from a local bakery as we were departing.

We were all extremely happy with the house. Location is lovely and private. Rooms well presented. House was very spacious, perfect for larger groups, we had 9 people and was plenty of room. Lovely garden and roof terrace not overlooked. Felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space for parking on the drive, behind locked gates which was a plus for us! Taxis cheap down to the sea front. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

We have recently returned from a lovely week at Michael and Katie’s beautiful house. They were the perfect hosts welcoming us on arrival and then leaving us to it, but were on hand if we had any problems or queries. The house really is lovely with plenty of space and storage and is well equipped with everything you need. The extra touches such as a bottle of wine, fresh bread and milk, and soap and shampoo bars in the three bathrooms were really appreciated. Great location for exploring the area and a short walk down the hill to Torquay town and the harbour. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

This lovely house is set within easy walking distance of everything you want from Brixham. It was the perfect base to explore the coastline and enjoy the nightlife.

Beautiful, modern house that is immaculately clean.

We had a fabulous stay at Roberts house, which boasted the most magnificent views of the bay. The house has a nostalgic feel and we were instantly transported back in time, we had every we needed during our stay and Robert was more than helpful. The location is perfectly and short walk gives you more fabulous views of the Bay. Thank you for welcoming us x

We stayed in the Manor Farmhouse with a total of 12 adults and 6 toddlers. It was perfect for us - so much space inside and we especially loved the outside area to enjoy too. The facilities on site were brilliant - swimming pool big enough for all of us, a sauna, tennis court and games room. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was so convenient for us as 6 separate families. The only thing we hadn’t realised was there’s no downstairs toilet which is probably not an issue for most guests though - once all our toddlers were asleep in our rooms, we didn’t want to go in and wake them! Sheila and Richard were great hosts - communicating well before our stay and were very close by if we needed anything. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay!

We just got back from a weeks stay with our large family! We had such lovely time and felt so at home and comfortable in this peaceful quiet home in beautiful surroundings! The house itself was very spacious with lots of seating and various areas to relax and enjoy our stay! We loved the decor and character of the home plus the garden was a wonderful space for our little ones to explore and enjoy (with the added surprise of the trampoline which they loved!). The view at the top was fab too! Anne and Steve were both very helpful and responsive with any queries we had on any day of our stay and we would definitely stay again if we ever visit the area again in the future 😊 Thank upu!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

We found Malcolm and Delia’s place easily. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc was most welcome. The flat was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space in the bedroom to keep our luggage. Malcolm suggested a few places for us to visit which we did and we had an enjoyable stay.

Previous reviews are great so our hopes were high but everything exceeded our expectations - from David picking us from the station (definitely above and beyond) to the beautifully decorated apartment. We were blessed with amazing weather so we had a perfect 4 nights at Wych Elms. Walk 50 yards down the road and you're on the beach, turn right and you're on the coastal path to Brixham - what a wonderful (but quite challenging) walk. I work in hospitality and spend a lot of time talking about the Customer Experience. David and Helen- You deliver a masterclass in delivering an amazing customer experience. We will be returning - soon I hope.

Claire was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had to extend our stay at short notice, owing to family circumstances, which was most appreciated. The flat had everything we needed and was comfortable, immaculate and well equipped, in a peaceful location with an amazing view over Totnes. The town centre is within walking distance and there is lots to do locally. We would happily return!

Tina is a great host, very very responsive and helpful. The apartment was gorgeous and just what we needed for a few nights stay. Couldn’t have asked for me. It’s was easy to travel to Torquay and Dartmouth from there. Train and buses are regular. Highly recommend Tina as a host. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great stay at the Old Rydon Inn. Flat was lovely, really clean and lovely big bedrooms upstairs with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom. Food from the pub was absolutely lovely and delivered straight to our dining room.

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

Very nice location and interior of airbnb was very nice. Easy to get inside and Tina was very helpful when we forgot the keys. Only thing missing was chopping board
