The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Private Annexe with Modern En-Suite and Parking

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

Your separate accommodation is as new being light & cosy; many guests find it more spacious than it looks here. Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!

A little bit of heaven in Devon, The Cabin is perfectly appointed for exploring the coast and countryside and is within walking distance of local dining pubs. This garden studio is newly renovated, private & self-contained within the grounds of our family home, with dedicated parking right outside the door. The Cabin has an open plan living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and the bathroom is a full wet room. In addition, you have a private garden area with patio furniture and a barbecue.

Hello, I’m Jan my 1st floor Annex boasts fabulous sea views from a picture window and private balcony. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with a separate shower. Leading on from the lounge area with a dining table sofa and Freeview TV is a fitted kitchenette complete with oven & hob, fridge, microwave kettle & toaster. The Annex is situated in a quiet residential area with parking just above the small village of Wellswood approximately a mile from Torquay town centre and harbour.

Charming annexe to the main home set in lovely lawned gardens close to Broadsands beach. This unique place has a style all of its own. Very convenient Torbay location for all the attractions including Broadsands and Goodrington beaches and Paigton and Brixham towns both only a 5 -minute drive away. You have the best of both worlds. For the nautical types, all the ferry trips to Dartmouth and beyond are available at Brixham harbour.
