What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Great location. Not far from beach etc ,10 min in car. Local co-op for stocking up on supplies, 5 min walk. Ideal location to explore local areas, we visited Paignton, Totnes & Berry Pomeroy, all under 30 min drive away. Cottage was lovely, clean, modern. Folders with ideas for places to visit and things to do. Host Stephen was very helpful, even took us for a drive down to Seafront Thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Gull’s Cry. A beautiful area, even out of season. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchen.

What a great location, close to all the gems we know from the past, dog field just across the road, all major supermarkets a few minutes drive, little garden to have a breakfast on a sunny day. We had a brilliant stay, house is fully equipped with everything that family of 4 may need including WiFi for grumpy teenagers 😉 highly recommended!

Easy to find great location for exploring Brixham, short walk into town and harbour as well as well as exploring Berry hill and coastal walks. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great place.

Fantastic place managed by a fantastic host. Kelly was always on hand to respond to any questions prior to arrival. There was no need to reach out to Kelly during our stay as everything was as promised. The house also included special touches such as towels for wet dogs. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful home and the loveliest host! The house was amazing, clean and great for our big family holiday. Accommodated for the children that went and they thoroughly enjoyed their time there and didn’t want to leave! Great location, the harbour was in walking distance where you’ll find lots of shops and places to eat. We had an issue with one of the ovens and they came straight over and sorted it for us! We took our terminally ill nan which the host was aware of before hand and provided disability assistances with in the house which made my nan feel the most comfortable she could. We all had an amazing time and definitely will be back! Couldn’t thank the host enough for being so kind and going above and beyond for our nan, we truly appreciated it and couldn’t recommend this beautiful home and wonderful hosts enough!

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Host was great, plenty of information beforehand and responsive during the stay. Indoor pool was good and quite a few things for kids to do on site

Berry cottage; our Christmas miracle. It is very comfortable and cosy with everything you need. We didn't want to leave, we even booked an extra 2 nights.

Very spacious lounge/kitchen area with an homely and comfortable feel. It was exactly as expected, the main bedroom was also spacious with lots of storage space, however the second bedroom was good for children but a bit small for adults as my brothers legs were hanging out at the end of the bed. The only other minor things were that the sun did not shine on the balcony due to other caravans/trees etc, but it could have been due to time of year (last 2 weeks of September) as we did have sunny weather for time of year but it didn't reach the balcony. Additionally the road was behind where the bedrooms were so you did get road noise quite late at night.

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas! Beautiful house and outstanding location, perfect for long walks to recharge. We walked to Dartmouth on Christmas Eve, catching the ferry back to Dittisham and a chance to see the many seals close up, resting on the pontoon by the pier. The Ferry Inn was packed with friendly locals after our Christmas dip at Blackpool Sands. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve a full Christmas dinner for the family. A perfect holiday - thank you.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk from Brixham Harbour and a great place to explore the local area. We had a lovely getaway and Paula was so helpful. All your needs are catered for. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing stay at Lesley’s place. The home is beautifully decorated and has so many amenities on offer including things for the dogs. Everything was comfortable and just as described. Lesley was fantastic at communicating and checked in on us and let us know that we could check in a little bit earlier. Honestly couldn’t recommend the place more!

Great hosts and lovely home in a great location, easy enough to walk into the town. (the hill isn't as steep as it looks) So spacious and very comfortable rooms! Lovely welcome pack and essentials, my son made full use of the hot chocolates! as did I, with the prosecco! It was a lovely place to spend New Year.

A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a long stay. Super welcome pack. Delicious! Plenty of space and great views. Walking distance into Brixham. Ralph and Tanny were excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond actually. Very responsive host. Definitely recommended.

This was the perfect place for our family get together to celebrate 2 '0' birthdays. Lovely spacious living/dining area. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. We had one very minor issue which was sorted very promptly by Georgina - thank you. Easy walk down to town but the walk back is steep if you have any mobility issues. Georgina had left gifts for the birthday girls which was very much appreciated - thank you. Parking not an issue if more than 2 cars in the group.

This is a lovely place to stay, very homely and exactly the kind of thing you'd want. We love staying here and feel it's a beautiful place, with everything you need on hand and hosted by a wonderful and friendly host. We were very happy here.

An amazing place! Everything was as described. Sue and David had considered every detail important for a weekend away and it was delivered with fantastic taste. The bed was super comfy.
