Monthly Rentals in Tsukiji

Our stay was great in Minato City. Convenient location to a couple of stations/lines, and very calm street with plenty to do a couple blocks away. Highly recommend this place!

Han was an extremely communicative and helpful host. He responded to all of my questions and accommodated us when we needed to leave our bags in the lobby because our flight was so much later than our check out time. The room was clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The area is super walkable and close to everything - malls, restaurants, Tsukiji fish market, Ginza Six, etc. We walked everywhere and didn’t need to take Uber/cabs. It is also near Age. 3 which is a trendy little sandwich shop. If you need an affordable place to stay that is close to a lot of things to do, with a kind host who speaks English very well, this property is a great option!

We had a wonderful stay at Section L in Tokyo! The location couldn’t have been better—super close to public transport, convenience stores, and just a 20-minute walk to both Ginza and Tokyo Station for shopping and exploring. The neighborhood felt really safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day out. The apartment was spotless and cleverly designed to make the most of the space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more—oven, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher, and all the cooking tools you could ask for. It really felt like a home away from home. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Tokyo—clean, cozy, and incredibly convenient. We’d happily come back and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Good location.Close to Tsukiji and Ginza. Clean rooms, fully equipped. Although it is relatively small, it is a high floor.But overall, it's highly recommended.
