Monthly Rentals in Tyn-y-graig

My band and I had a great stay at Elaine’s lovely home. We wrote several songs whilst at this home, and truth be told, we didn’t want to be leaving! It was extremely peaceful here, and an amazing tranquil setting for us to have a great weekend. We walked down the hill from the house and had a plunge in the stream which was very refreshing. Not far away at all from the town too! We would absolutely love to stay again - thanks Elaine!

We based ourselves in Brook View to continue our hiking along the Heart of Wales Line Trail which starts and ends each section at a station (the 10 mile walk south to Llangammarch is spectacular). The house is all round great and its location is quiet yet convenient for the town and local store. Our thanks to Glenys for her welcome and helpful advice.

We had a wonderful stay at Claire's lovely home. The accommodation was clean, comfy beds and soft sheets! The views were incredible and the kids loved the trampoline and the field to play in. The hot tub in the evening was a real treat. Everything was thought of from blankets to logs for the fire, eggs on arrival from the chickens that roost in the trees! Such a treat and Claire was an excellent host, great at communicating and very helpful when I needed to bring my dog at the last minute. Thank you and we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon's. The house was clean and as described. We really enjoyed the farm and got to hold the newborn lambs and we met the chickens and the goats. The freshly laid eggs (which you can buy) were amazing. We went on the farm walks around their farm, the countryside was beautiful and it was lovely walking next to the river. Bulith Wells is a 5 minute drive which has all the shops you need and is easy to park. It's a great location to explore and visit Rhayader (pubs and restaurants) or visit the waterfalls at Devil's Bridge or the Elan Valley or even drive to Aberystwyth to see the sea! Thoroughly recommend a visit - it's a great place to unwind.
