Monthly Rentals in University District, Seattle

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a month and we had such a great time! Betsy was a fantastic host. She was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The place clean and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

The Studio is a cute little place located on a beautiful old street, just steps away from the University. The space had everything we needed and had thoughtful touches to make us feel truly welcome. Kristi is so friendly…she’s a host that respects your privacy, but responds quickly and efficiently when needed. This was one of our favorite stays…we will be back the next time we’re in the city! Stayed here for 3 months and don’t have a complaint. It’s partially underground so it stays cool in the summer and the huge front windows let a nice breeze in. Gorgeous view from the deck. Melissa is extremely responsive and helpful, thank you!

This is a great place to stay. It's convenient to the grocery store, bakery, coffee shop and public transit. It's very cozy and a good kitchen. Host was very nice.
