Monthly Rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

The apartment is well situated in the Upper East area, right next to great restaurants and easy access to two subway lines. It is well appointed for short/medium stays with all basic amenities available (laundromat is right downstairs). It's a beautiful and cosy apartment and was just right for me, my wife and son for a stay of almost a month. Candace is very friendly and helpful. She was very responsive to minor hiccups and helped us have a great stay over Christmas and New year.

We stayed for a month in this apartment. It's on the second floor, so it's not too bad a climb. Location is really great, 2 mins away from 96 St subway station, 30 min walk to central park. Bus to park from 96 street comes frequently that brings you to Central Park or the Upper West Side (to shop at Trader Joes). We liked the size of the apartment, which is great for a couple, or cozy for a small family. The bathroom is a bit of a disappointment as the sink is too close to the toilet, and the water pressure is pretty dismal, but overall, it's manageable. Heating is central control, and can be a bit tricky to navigate, but if you're cold, using the standing heaters. There's a Whole Foods nearby so you can get your groceries there, or a Key Foods around the corner. We are fans of Trader Joe's so it's a bit of a hike... Overall, a great place for NYC. Good price. UES is not great for food options but you'll manage... We recommend this place as the host is amazing. Very responsive.

Stayed here for 3months on a work trip. Location was great, right next to a laundry place, an excellent noodle restaurant and an amazing bakery and super close to subways, central park etc. Most people you meet will be jealous of the location. Apartment is large for a one bed. "Office" gets kind of dungeon'y to work in so much better to work from the living room. Sofa was a little damaged but not unusable. How the heating worked was honestly a mystery to me, but it was never cold. Best thing about the host was how easy they fixed stuff when it broke. For example the front door lock jammed, they had a smiley handyman out within the out hr, new lock and a set of new keys good to go. Would stay again
