Monthly Rentals in Upper Franklin Canyon Reservoir

Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

The perfect spot to stay. Lovely studio very private and quiet easy walk to restaurants and shops. The studio was very clean and nicely decorated in a great neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. I would highly recommend it and will stay again. Check in was easy and Alison sent a detailed list of and recommendations of all the local amenities. A very pleasant stay!
