Honestly, I went for one night, but I loved it, it deserves the money, at least it was very clean, it was an old place, but it was very nice, it was very old, the window opening was very old, I felt like I was staying in a historical place, they were really helpful, there was family warmth, thank you very much, I really recommend them to everyone, let such people win, please

Me and my partner have just checked out after a fantastic 3 night stay. The hosts are super friendly and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. The apartment was just as we expected also in a great location. The breakfast is perfect and ready for you each morning. We will definitely come back again - 🤗

Staying at Zayims was great. The area in cesme was beautiful with a lot of good restaurants close by. The beach was also very walkable. Overall staying here was great for a getaway for the beach.

We stayed a few days at this lovely guest house right in the centre of Çeşme. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and the host was very accommodating and experienced, suggesting extra things they could cook for my children. The building is an authentic Çeşme stone house and it's been decorated very personally - check the breakfast area for the owner's son's talented drawings! Our room had comfortable beds, aircon, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and extra blankets. The owner was responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is a couple of minutes' walk to the centre of Çeşme. We struggled to reach it by car as the streets are extremely narrow in places and we chose to park a few minutes up the hill and walk. That might be the fault of dodgy GPS on my phone though as apparently it is possible to drive to the door. There's no shortage of cafes and restaurants nearby, we loved Ilıca beach and enjoyed the nearby Oasis water park too .

Its location was perfect—close to all the attractions and amenities I needed, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions I had, and the check-in process was a breeze. The space was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

we were as a family for 10 days as a guest in the Pansion Restaurant - Elia.. The hosts Ms. Selay and Mr. Volkan are wonderful hosts.. From the beginning we felt at home. The pansion was for us 5 (2 adults and 3 children totally sufficient). We had the best cuisine from Siğacik by the hand of Ms. Selay and Mr. Volkan. The meat dishes and fish dishes were very delicious. Thanks to Mrs. Selay with her delicious and large meze portions.. I would love to come again.. we had a wonderful time every evening in the restaurant.. the time was so nice that we found it hard to go.. super service!.. we thank you again very much!.. hope to see you again!.. hope to see you again!

We were there for a total of three days. We enjoyed it very much. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good the room was clean and quiet happy to come back.

The accommodation is ideally located in Çeşme. Everything is easily accessible on foot. For a short trip the accommodation is ideal and definitely recommendable.

Beautiful room in the city center. The host was very kind and invited us for a tea. The antique house is very charming. Our bathroom was quite small, but it didn‘t bother us.

The small town was very cute in the accommodation you get very tasty coffee on the house 1 a day. The owner was very nice. At night it was unfortunately very noisy so if you like parties it is a perfect central accommodation where the party is right at the top of the rooftop.
