Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Urla

We had a peaceful holiday, the host took care of all our problems, the sea was great, it was like an aquarium, we woke up in the morning with just birds chirping The only problem was the bathroom, rusty water was coming from somewhere, but we didn't mind because it covered the view and calmness, we would like to visit 🤗 again ☺️

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

They helped with everything, everything was very nice, we provided a family stay, we were satisfied

The house is really spacious for 5 people and we were very comfortable, very close to the beach in terms of location, but we couldn't enjoy it because we didn't stay in the summer:)

Great location and greenery both close to the city and in the heart of nature. Super option for a peaceful tranquil holiday. With gardening and lawns, comfort can be taken to the higher level. The design and comfort of the house is very good, the animals and butterflies enjoy a vacation among the birds.

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We are sorry that we could not see the host Burhan Bey because of the mishap, the host, Burhan, whoever you come with your family, definitely your home, anyway, here, thank you again and thank you again for a simple, clean and warm holiday season, be sure to experience

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Everything is nice and clean It was difficult to carry suitcases to the 5th floor, but it can be overlooked because the view is beautiful Ms. Cansu is a very nice host Thanks

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Really location and house are as described in the pictures. Planned a vacation in a rainy weather it was full but peaceful. The house was beautifully designed. The communication was very good. The location of the house is beautiful thanks so much

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

We experienced a very comfortable stay for 5 adults and 4 nights in this mansion, which is only a few minutes walk from the center of Urla. We were able to park our car on the street of the house. We had some hot water problems in our house due to the construction work on the street, but the hosts quickly provided us with all kinds of help with this issue. Every detail was considered in terms of comfort at home. It was a great plus that each room had a bathroom and air conditioning. It might have been nice to have an additional armchair/armchair in the area at the entrance of the house, but we managed with a chair. In general, everything was considered in the kitchen, but it may be good to add some kitchen utensils (the orn wine glass was not enough, the catal knife set was not enough for 5 people, additional products such as a cutting board and simple kitchen utensils, kitchen towels can be added). Overall, we were very satisfied with my communication with the hosts and the house, we would like to visit again.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!
