Holiday rentals with a patio in Valladolid

Sadly we only got to stay at Francisco's place overnight (instead of the 4 days we had planned) as my partner had a medical emergency and we had to cut short our trip to return home. What I can say is that the apartment is just as described and looks out onto a very nice garden. It is compact but comfortable and was perfect for a couple. The a/c in the bedroom was efficient enough to cool the living area also. Though we only had one afternoon and evening in Valladolid the apartment is very well located near sights of interest, the town square, and many restaurants and shops. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future and explore more... and stay with Francisco who was very understanding about our sudden departure.

Connie and Mattieu’s place was perfect for our stay in Valladolid. The communication was great, allowing us to check in an hour earlier than expected as we didn’t realise there was a time difference from our previous accommodation. They are a lovely family and were very welcoming, giving us a huge list of recommendations ranging from restaurants, cafes, cenotes and museums. They also connected us with a great guide for visiting the Chichen Itza! The property itself had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool at night and during the day - a lovely addition to the property. We felt right at home. The location of the property was a short 20 minute walk into town centre or a 5 minute drive. I’d highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing. My family of 9 (1 baby, 1 kid, 8 adults) had a blast. The pool was a great way to refresh. Only downfall is what they call “Pika Pika” . Some sort of plant which makes you very itchy grows nearby so the wind brings it over. We talked to the host about it and he said he’s doing what he can to control it around his property but that it was all over the area in Valladolid :( Made hanging in the common areas unbearable. Very sad to have to write that since the place was so beautiful but I’d definitely keep that in mind when booking again. Having each room be broken up into their own little cabin like area is nice for big groups seeking privacy. The ac is amazing. Hit tub was great.

Carlos's place is a lovely spot in a "real" neighborhood that isn't touristy at all. It has a fantastic courtyard with really nice patio furniture, well-tended plants and super fun pool with resident iguanas hanging out all day! We really appreciated the secure car storage. Though we didn't strike up a conversation with any neighbors, they were all smiles and friendly hellos as we came and went. Carlos and his team were very good communicators, and were able to quickly amend a small mishap upon our arrival, which is a sign of a great hosting team! I would recommend that international drivers arrive during daylight, as it might be hard to find in the dark (though the instructions were very good). All in all, a nice place to base your stay in Valladolid!

I’ll give it 5/5 overall but there pros and cons Pros: your own pool! A/C with comfy bed Kitchenette that’s funcional Close to Va-y-ven buses+frequent taxis Options for food and an OXXO walking distance Cons: You’re in a jungle so expect cockroaches and other insects 😂 You need to clean the pool often because of falling leaves so at least the give you the cleaning net The shower head is not fully working it’s kind of loose but that’s just a maintenance request for them to fix the shower 🙏🏽 Overall it’s worth the price and for what you get I’d come again!

Place was spacious and comfortable. We loved the hammocks, plunge pool, and outdoor sitting area. Also very walkable to restaurants and shops.

We had a great time! The accommodation is very clean, perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. The pool is a real plus, especially in the city. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the center of Valladolid, while being quiet. The welcome and communication with Matthieu was very smooth.

The place is superb! It has everything you need for a short or long stay in Valladolid the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very complete for you to only buy pantry and cook here. The place is super quiet, it's almost like living inside nature. If you dedicate yourself to working from your laptop it will look great why the internet is good. I bring my car and they also have a super safe space to reguard it inside the property. And last but not least I want to highlight Grey's great attention, every time she was aware of my needs is a great host! I would definitely go back to this place.

We were 5 friends, a chichen itza the return was exhausting, finding a place like that was fabulous, we rest very well and we followed Berenice's recommendation for breakfast the next day, in the restaurant "The blessing of God" was delicious and novel for some chimangos, if we have a chance, sure to return, the lovely hosts
