Holiday rentals in Vandalia

Renee's place was everything we wanted and more for our vacation! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful surroundings and peace/quiet. The mood/feel of the house was perfect upon arrival, the rooms lit and the music was a very nice touch! The house was very clean and we hope to be back again!! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for two adults, 2 kids and a dog. The house was close to the Metrolink station, so we were able to take the train to and from St. Louis everyday. When one of the T.V.'s wouldn't turn on, they were very responsive and came over within an hour to fix. We would highly recommend this Air BNB.

This is our second stay at Grant's place and it was everything we were hoping for. The cabin itself is delightful, but the outdoor areas are amazing! Grant and his wife could not be better hosts. I highly recommend this property!

Nice little camper. Comfy. Yep, the train went through quite often but didn't bother me and at night, the ear plugs worked fine Would stay there again if I was in the area.

We so enjoyed our stay at Monica’s. The location is so nice, the house so very comfortable, quiet area, close to the lake. Highly recommend it!

This is our second time staying here as a family. There are several reasons we came back: check in and out is very easy; the space accommodates our extended family very well; there is direct lake access though you have to be aware the path is “natural“ and as Doug has said in other reviews, they do not have control over improving the path; the space was very clean and all the essentials are provided; Doug is very responsive and got back to us very quickly when we had minor questions! We would highly recommend staying here, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the time we want to come back😁

Very relaxing trip for our boys to fish! The lake house was super clean and organized! Anything you could think of Gary had supplied. Instructions were super clear on everything! The three tier deck was amazing to relax, fish, and watch the weather roll in. We had a great trip! We had severe storms forecasted during our stay and Gary reached out to check on us after the storms had passed. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place. Her home was exactly as described and pictured. She thoughtfully stocked it and made it feel like a pampered resort. My family couldn’t have been more comfortable or at home. Mary was awesome and her home beautiful. If we’re ever traveling through again - we’d stop and stay just for the enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Great house with plenty of room for the whole group. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and there is plenty of room to hang out as a group both inside and out on the patio. Lots of parking. Renee was easy to get ahold of and check in/out was simple.
