Monthly Rentals in Verbier-Village

I took my two grandchildren from Ireland on an adventure to Switzerland to experience skiing for the first time. Alex's apartment served as an excellent base for this purpose. We flew into Geneva and caught the train to Le Chable, changing once at Martigny. From the station in Le Chable we caught the bus up the mountain to Val de Bagnes getting off at bus stop Centre Sportif. The apartment was easy to find just 100 metres from the stop. We hired skis using the link Alex sent to obtain a discount. It was easy getting about the area as the buses are free and run very regularly so each day we walked down to the same bus stop with skis and boots, caught the bus arriving at Medran Lift within 10 mins. Same in the afternoon in reverse. Without ski equipment it was a 5 min to walk to the Coop for provisions and another five minutes further to the centre of town. The apartment was a little cramped for 3 with using the sofa bed but it served our needs well and has a picture postcard view.

Tremendous place. Gorgeous Garden. Was very easy to get the key and super close to Medran and Coop. Also, the place to drop off rubbish was like 5 metres away. I also like the fact that we had two toilets because there were three of us. Great holiday!

Excellent hosts and property. Amazing apartment, beautifully designed and in a great location, button lift 2 minute walk away. Was a little hard to find but we were looking in the dark so that’s probably why. After visiting Verbier and the general prices of everything I would say it’s very fairl price. Guillaume and Anne were great hosts - however, we did not feel the need to contact them. As mentioned in description, it is a little bit of a walk up the steps to get there so it can be hard with luggage but if you ski/snowboard it’s nothing. Best thing for us was the amazing sunset every night and the raclette was really fun. Would definitely recommend :)

Exactly as the photos show! Literally ski and ski out. Definitely perfect for a weekend especially if you’re really just there to ski. While the building and the village might not be the most beautiful/there only a few restaurants, it’s really perfect if you’re just there to ski! We really enjoyed and it was exactly what we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped, but there’s no grocery store so be sure to bring your own things.
