Monthly Rentals in Verdugia

We stayed at Gisela's apartment for 2 months and enjoyed it so much! The apartment is wonderfully located and you have the sea before your eyes all day. The terrace is also particularly great and invites you to linger. The internet was very fast and we could easily make video calls at the same time. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Gisela is a very warm and attentive host. We felt very comfortable the entire time and would have preferred to stay forever. We felt at home here. Thank you for the wonderful time at your place! We will be back :)

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Abruzzo is a fantastic land, landscapes. beautiful people and food. Graziella and Angelo were two extraordinary Hosts, above the average, very kind, very clear and helpful. The simple and comfortable place in a spectacular and very quiet location. Large spaces to park, I went with the cart in tow and I was able to quietly park motorcycle and trolley indoors. I'll be back next year. Thank you so much for everything.

Perfect house for those who want to get away from the city and daily stress, totally immersed in greenery and surrounded by animals. Valeria was very kind and super hospitable to welcome us and give us local advice. We'll definitely be back! ☀️😊
