Living on the lake is beautiful, spacious and clean, and Mrs. Melanie's response was wonderful and fast, and I would return to the residence again, God willing.

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Thank you Helmut and team for a wonderful week on the Faakersee. We had a truly restful week in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for us and your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. This was our best AirBnB to date.

Great location…our landlord was very nice and gave us some good tips for excursions. Apartment was very well equiped.

An amazing location directly on Ossiach lake with a direct lake access, small grassy beach and a parking lot. A nice bonus - there is a floating platform in the lake just a stone throw away, which we used to jump into the lake and have fun. THE place for SUP board fans. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with 3 double bedrooms and a large balcony facing the lake. The beds are fine, the bed linen is clean. The bath towels could be larger. The Internet is free of charge. The password is on the wifi router. The place could be tidier as mentioned in previous comments. Almost no soap gel in the bathroom. The accomodation is not an entire private house, but an appartement on the 2nd floor with no lift. The access to two upper bedrooms is via a very steep staircase, which is not suitable for small children or elderly people. What we really missed were insect nets on the windows. There's a lot of insects coming in when you open to get fresh air, although no biting mosquitoes.

Great space, very nice cottage, fantastic view, your own access to the lake perfect. We enjoyed our stay, slept great and recovered well and will be back next year. It's all there, as described. Nothing is missing. And the surroundings are wonderful, great nature, beautiful excursions, quiet hikes and the water in the lake magnificent, visually and qualitatively. The contact with Rico was very straightforward and super nice.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment, everything was great: location , equipment, lake access...... Communication was also always very fast. We will definitely return in any case.
