Lake view & more - "family nest"

Relax with your family in this peaceful place. Our 3rd apartment is about 40 square meters and we built it handicap accessible.! It is only in late summer 2024 that the access via the garden will probably be completely wheelchair accessible. The apartment is lovingly furnished; has an almost complete deep window front on the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the countryside, into the garden, into the mountains is unique. PLEASE ONLY PETS ON REQUEST!

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room.
