Small, idyllic cottage close to Lake Faak

Sweet cottage in romantic Pogöriach at the bottom of the Karawanken, 20 minutes walk from Faaker See. Suitable for 4 people, especially for families. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom and the bathroom/WC plus adjoining rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. Ping pong table and children's swing is present. We live next door and are available at any time.

"Pinball" apartment

Ez a 62 m2 es apartman a karintiai Feldkirchen városka csendes utcájában fekszik. Külön bejáratú, földszinti, két hálószobából, nappaliból es fürdőszobából áll. A nappaliban konyhasarok található. Kényelmes elhelyezést biztosít 5 fő részére, de 1-2 napra 6 ember részére pótágyazható. Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. Az idegenforgalmi adót (2,20 euro/fő/ éjszaka) , áraink már tartalmazzák.

The house in Carinthian style is quietly located on a hilltop with a dream view over the lake (reachable in 5 minutes by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends and is spread over 3 floors (200m2 +terrace+garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the ground floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Lovingly renovated and furnished residential house in Villach - Völkendorf on the foot of the Dobratsch. The residential building can be used as a starting point for a variety of leisure activities. The nearest lakes (15 min), mountain (5 min) or the historic old town leave nothing to be desired. The stone house, which is also cool in summer, has two separate bedrooms incl. Double beds, an accessible shower, a living room with a cozy couch and a fully equipped kitchen.

4Luxurious cottage in fantastic scenery

Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms on the first floor. Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course.

Villacher fisherman's cottage with large garden

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 sqm and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfy box spring bed (160x200cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, normal coffee machine, kettles etc. are provided. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

We rent a unique 80m² cottage with two separate bedrooms for a total of 5 people, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a bathroom and a living room. Shared use of our large garden & swimming pool (not fenced, supervision obligation for children) is possible at any time. We have a great location near Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - pets on request.

Old house in the middle of the Karawanken Mountains, with historic furnitures will invite you to spend quite and relaxing holidays. This location is nearly the old border train station Rosenbach. Faakersee or Velden/Wörthersee only 12 km from here. A lot of famous mountain hiking tours start direkt here. All public transports direkt in front of the door.
