Monthly Rentals in Village of Pelham

Samantha’s place is exactly as posted, perfectly clean and pristine. Great surroundings, my fav is the parking spot! Great stay, will be rebooking for my next stay! My only gripe was getting into the building. I did arrive very late since I was driving from a very far place. The code wasn’t working and we could not get inside but once we got that situated, everything was perfect. Thanks Samantha!

We arrived after 9pm and I wasn't quite sure how to get into the unit. I called and Ivonne answered and walked us through the process with ease and kindness. You will have to walk up three short flight of stairs so prepare if traveling with family unable to carry their luggage. The apartment was exactly like the pictures but MUCH bigger. The living room and dining room were spacious and the decor on the dining room table for the holidays was stunning! The single bed room was beautiful and looked out over a beautiful backyard. The sheets on that bed were satin which the guest did not like, but there was enough linen to be able to swap out. All beds in the unit were firm and comfortable. There was an extra blanket in the closet to keep me warm. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub and the shower pressure was great. We were able to cook a couple meals in the home and all things needed were provided. Stores and restaurants near by were perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ms. Ali’s Airbnb in New Rochelle while completing my internship in New York, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and at ease—it was like being part of one big family. Ms. Ali is incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable, making sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. The home itself is beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. I loved how homey and comfortable everything felt, and I never felt shy about helping myself to what I needed. Ms. Ali’s great hospitality shines in every detail, from the thoughtful touches throughout the house to her willingness to make sure guests are happy.
