Monthly Rentals in Waitata Bay

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect with an easy stroll to the town centre. It’s an older house but very spacious with everything you could need. Especially liked that there is plenty of linen provided! I’d definitely recommend for larger groups and would stay here again.

This is a little gem of a place and we absolutely loved staying here. It was handy for both Havelock, Picton and the wineries but also a little haven to come back to at the end of the day. Stunning views from every room. Liz was lovely and went above and beyond to add some welcome extras. Many thanks for letting us share your lovely home.

David’s place was beautifully set out, easy to find, he was extremely informative, David’s communication was spot on very proactive which I appreciated. We had a night before catching the ferry to Wellington I thought he price the place accordingly only a few mins drive from town centre, all the cooking facilities we needed, great stay highly recommend

This is such a beautifully designed and perfect retreat. I appreciate when attention has been given to design and detail, and this place has it all. Gorgeous view, lovely retreat. The stairs are no problem for anyone even moderately fit, and the bonus is the seclusion and the view below. Highest recommendation.
