A cosy, beautiful cottage in a picturesque village. Right behind Castle Howard. The village shop is also a cafe. The pub is friendly. Lots of dogs/walkers. The property is warm and inviting with a wonderful theme. The back garden is designed very thoughtfully and the hot tub was extremely welcome after a long journey. We will definitely want to stay again.

Rosie Loft is a little slice of heaven - carefully considered, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need and more. Thoughtful finishing touches made us feel very welcome - in fact we felt like we’d been looked after by family! The Loft is ideally situated for exploring the Howardian landscape, and thanks to the detailed inside info & tips in the welcome pack, we really maximised our stay. A wonderful find and we highly recommend!

The Perch cottage is in a great, quiet location with off street parking. The cottage is very well set up and everything you could want is provided. We had a lovely stay, visiting family nearby and will book again next year.

This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed! The house was stylish and pristine, the bed was soooo comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. I'm in love with the bathroom and will be stealing the decor ideas for my own house! Absolutely everything was thought of by the amazing host, you could literally turn up with nothing and not want for a thing. The hot tub was so lovely and relaxing with all the beautiful twinkling lights in the garden too. Overall a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!
