Excellent homely accommodation which made for a rewarding trip.

The annexe was perfect for our 3 night stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable accommodation with lots of walks in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Honeybee Cottage. A lovely personal welcome massage for us and our dog with biscuits left out for him. A nice little touch! It felt really homely, very relaxing and cosy. An ideal location for a restful weekend. The Phelips Arms was great too and walking distance. No problem with parking right outside either. We’d love to come back for another weekend x

We all had a wonderful time in Lucy’s beautiful thatched cottage and the only downside was that we could only stay for three nights due to work commitments. The cottage had everything that we needed for a comfortable mini-break and was ideally located for everywhere that we wanted to go to. Lucy herself gave us a lot of useful recommendations for places to see and was very contactable throughout our stay….she even very kindly gave us a welcome hamper which included some extremely delicious homemade chutney! We would not hesitate in recommending Lucy’s cottage to friends and family, and we also hope that we’ll be able to return again as a family at some point in the future. Thank you Lucy and best wishes from all of us.
