Monthly Rentals in West Los Angeles

I stayed here for 2 months for work, and it was a great spot to call home. As someone completely new to LA, there was a slight learning curve on my part in terms of driving and getting used to the amount of people, but having a spot like Jay's helped feel like you got away from the "crazy". As a solo-female traveler, I never felt unsafe here. Had a window AC but also had nice windows to let cool air circulate. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals (I personally shopped at Ralph's instead of the closer Trader Joe's/CVS because Ralph's was more economical for me). They also stocked the Airbnb with extra paper towels and toilet paper which was a big thing for me! Jay was always responsive, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. I never really had any issues, but the couple times I did, he resolved them quickly. I love that the location is really close to everything (as he advertised it), too.

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Los Angeles. The location was ideal — in a quiet neighborhood but still just a short drive away from everything we wanted to explore in LA, from the beach to downtown. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, which made daily life easy and convenient. The space was fantastic: high ceilings, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The included parking spot was a major plus and made moving around the city stress-free. What truly made the stay unforgettable was our host, Jana. She was extremely polite and went far beyond her responsibilities to make us feel welcome. She responded quickly to all our questions, gave us great local tips, and offered help every single day. Her hospitality really stood out. And best of all — this was by far the most affordable option we found after an extensive search, and we were positively surprised by how great everything turned out after check-in. Highly recommend

Clean and responsive hosts. Other people have mentioned the Wi-Fi and I agree. There would be times when I would struggle to even browse social media on the wifi, much less stream content. I'm a remote worker and preferred spending most of my days in different cafes instead; it was a good forcing function for getting out of the house but something to keep in mind. The location is quiet and quaint, but the dog is pretty loud and can be startling for some people. The lock is keypad only which some people prefer, others don't. It's definitely not perfect, but LA is quite expensive so I do think you're largely getting what you pay for if you're doing a short-term rental.
