Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Bolthole. Stunning location and beautiful walks from the door. The house was very cool and quirky which we loved. James was very responsive. Will hopefully return one day

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful flat and Sarah is a really nice host! 5 min walk to the beach and about 25 min walk to train station.

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.

Loved the character location and facilities. Great coms and great local facilities. Overall lovely energy in this place.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. The house was everything we could have wished for and more. My 4 year old son even used the phrase “the best house ever”. Great location, only minutes from local shops, cafés and restaurants and most importantly, only minutes from the beachfront and all that it has to offer. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and thought of everything to make us feel welcome! We would definitely stay again.

An amazing house both location and design. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a large garden as well. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and furnished Great view of the sea from the bedroom So much space and everything you could need. We had a fantastic break. Our puppy and my three year old grandson loved it. Would love to be there when the pool was open.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Tim was the perfect host. I felt very at home, safe and welcomed. Tim went out of his way to help me as the buses were delayed because of a marathon, meaning I would have been late for my course. Tim very kindly offered to drive me into Brighton so I could be on time. A friendly host, great location and very pleasant room. Sarah

Malcolm, Jane and Tom were so friendly. Many little extras, great spa, we really enjoyed it they were very helpful.

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. We highly recommend both the house and Luxury Boltholes, thanks for a great weekend!

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Great location walkable to beach and shops. Lovely garden and space for the whole family. Characterful house and amazingly well stocked kitchen made family meals very easy. Thanks to Alexandra.

Exactly what we needed and a perfect location for a family visit in Rustington. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. Loved how close the beach was.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hut, it was so cosy and quiet and has everything that you need. The location couldn’t be beaten, it was moments from a beautiful shingle beach and at the end of the road was Pagham Harbour, a nature reserve with lovely walks and beautiful sunsets. It’s so close to the Witterings and so many other places to explore. You know it’s that good when you check your diary to see when you can return before you have already left. High recommended.

Stayed here for the Brighton marathon and it was more than enough for what we needed. Very cute and cosy. Hosts were super friendly and also accommodated to dietary needs (oat milk for coffee and tea). Very lovely place. Lots to do & easy to get to our desired location which was the Brighton marathon. Very pleased. Would return.
