Stayed here for 1 night with some friends. Really well presented, nice and spacious. Helpful host with lots of information. Would recommend if you’re visiting Brighton as easy access to station, lanes

Super, clean rooftop Airbnb overlooking the marina. Great location - walkable to centre of town and lots of amenities on your doorstep. Hot tub was a great supplement and worth the extra money. The facilities inside the apartment were great. Just be aware the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, not 3 as it says in the description. Overall a great stay, thanks.

This was my second stay at the Little Gem, it's now my favourite place to stay when I visit family in Kemptown. This time was even better than the first, as Joanne had so kindly provided the firmer pillows I prefer! This responsiveness, along with such thoughtful extras as biscuits and cereals, helped to make my stay comfortable and welcoming, like a very clean and uncluttered home-from-home!

Had a great stay here at Deans. Had some miscommunication issues and instructions in the beginning that didn’t match so that’s something that could be worked on to enable a more stress free checkin and settle in, especially if someone’s travelled very far like I had. Apart from that, the location is great, super quiet, grocery store not too far away walking distance, and a super short walk to the sea. Very cosy and Dean had provided many comforts and details that once you’re settled, make the stay super comfortable. Would recommend/stay again. Thanks Dean!

Great place to stay. Everything you need for day to day living, all very clean. Check in was easy, staff very friendly & resonsive. Excellent location with everything on your doorstep

We only stayed two nights here but it was everything we needed. The flat is just by the beach and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. It was clean, free of clutter and modern. We had our dog and toddler, and we all had a very comfortable stay. Also maybe a small thing but most of the previous Airbnbs we have stayed in Worthing usually had issues with their showers (shower pressure), this place has a shower like in a five star hotel! Next time we need to come to Worthing we will definitely use it again.

Had a wonderful stay. Such a handy spot to be able to get around Chichester with the bonus of a parking spot. I would say that the parking spot is not necessarily close to the entrance and did unpack and pack the car closer by and hoped no one minded as we had rather a lot of luggage. The property is beautiful, comfortable bed, warm and cosy throughout. I would note that running the hot water was very noisy and the property is partially single glazed windows, which at certain times in the evening and very early morning was quite noisy with off loading of goods vehicles. If we didn’t have a small child to listen out for I would have just popped in some ear plugs and probably wouldn’t have bothered us at all. All in all a really great property in a fabulous spot in the centre of Chichester.

We stayed for a night at Louisa’s place- only regret we had was not booking the place for another night. It was very homey and comfy and almost perfect- the stove wasn’t working properly, but thankfully we had a lighter on hand. Another thing was that we thought there would be shower gel prepared- unfortunately there wasn’t any, but there’s a co-op down the road so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend, and would come back.
