The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

Your very own space, in Whangamata. 5 minutes walk to the swimming beach, and close to the best surf break on the East Coast! Hi speed Wi-Fi , free and unlimited to all guests. Heated plunge pool . Your very own Weber for BBQ's on the deck, in the late evening sun. Paddleboards available at no charge, you do need roof racks to carry. If you want more guests, ask , as we can consider renting our house, and we use Tiny House, or you can rent both.

A lake edge retreat with fabulous lake views. One room Cabin with living/bedroom/kitchenette plus ensuite. Situated opposite rowing course finish line, Podium Cafe & Don Rowland Centre. Cambridge & Avantidrome are 10mins drive & 20mins to Maungatautari & Hobbiton. Cycle trails close by. Cabin is stand alone with own access, our home is on the same property. Well mannered Dogs welcome.
