Helena and Paul and the wonderful duck family on the pond made us both feel at home, the stunning,cosy,warm and absolutely spotless poppy view cottage was more than we could of imagined. Extremely roomy and decorated beautifully, the facilities inside poppy view were fabulous. The bathroom had more than enough towels for 2 people, the cleanliness top marks and both me and hubby recommend the shower as being one of the best we have had, plenty hot water and huge shower head perfect. The kitchen had every utensils needed, plus tea towels and every essential required. We made full use of the microwave and went out to recommend areas to eat and drink by Helena and Paul, it was nice not to have a hob or oven option because it gives you going options and takeaways . The bed is huge and beautiful decor warm cosy home from home best night's sleep. Very comfortable living room area to watch the huge tv on the wall. highly recommend Helena and Paul and their beautiful cottage to stay ❤️ 💙

Undoubtedly the best place to be in the area. Very peaceful and private. You can almost hear your thoughts anytime of the day. Would definitely call in again and again.

The host welcomed us and showed us exactly how to work the fire and the hot tub. Very friendly. Before our arrival Jodie had contacted us and had given us clear instructions on how to get there and of any codes etc. The place is very clean, stylish and beautiful. The hot tub is big and has good jets on it. The village is very pretty, and the water won’t listening to church bells and the birds singing. It was so beautiful!
