North York Moors Self Catering Studio Rooms Our two ground floor self-contained studio rooms, converted from the original farm buildings is situated around the south facing courtyard, with their own key and entrance. Each room is en-suite, with shower over the bath. Each has a hide-away kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery & fridge with a freezer box, where a light breakfast (or other snack), can be prepared. NOTE: There is NO oven or hob. You can eat in your room and of course you can eat al fresco in our south facing courtyard, enjoying the lovely views.Our Studio Rooms Indulge yourself in one of our ground floor self-contained studio rooms, our alternative to bed and breakfast (B&B). Each room, converted from the original farm buildings is situated around the south facing courtyard, with its own key and entrance. These 2 ground floor rooms are very comfortably furnished including 2 armchairs, good quality bed, free view flat screen digital television and with views from the windows. Each room has a hideaway kitchen with its own sink and draining board, food cupboard, crockery and cutlery, full sized fridge (with freezer box), microwave, kettle and toaster. Full sized en-suite bathrooms (with electric shower over the bath). Tea towel, dishcloth and washing up liquid are provided. Comfortable quality beds made up for you arrival. Towels provided – 1 bath sheet, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel /per person. (not to be taken off premises). Bed linen provided. A selection of basic toiletries is provided. Laundry facilities – Washing Machine (free to use), Tumble dryer (£1.00). Each room is ground floor, with ramped access from the car park. Each room is centrally heated and double glazed. Electric towel warmers in each bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT SERVICED ACCOMMODATION.

This stylish and peaceful place is perfect for couples. Beautiful bedroom with king size four poster bed and comfortable sofa. Fridge, TV, Refreshments tray, Wi-Fi. Separate large private bathroom. Use of garden, covered terrace and billiards room. Off and on street parking in a quiet residential area with easy access to the City Centre. Well behaved dogs welcome but on lead in public areas please. Please note: rate reduction on Saturday 21st December as breakfast not included (on Sunday am)

We would love to welcome you our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of garden and field with probably the best uninterrupted views in the area, Bolster Moor whilst quite rural is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and just ten minutes from the M62 motorway. Rooms with private full 5 piece bathroom are only let to the same party so you will never be sharing with strangers. There is ample secure electric gated parking on our large driveway. Fast WiFi is available.
