Monthly Rentals in Alcúdia

We had a nice stay at Eva's place. She was friendly and communicative, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The place felt nice, with good equipment and everything we needed for a comfortable week. The only small thing we noticed was that we had only one garbage bag for the whole week, but otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and just as described. Views out over the bay and harbour stunning and uninterrupted. As covered in other reviews, the walls are very thin and there is noise from neighbours and the lift. This is most noticeable in the morning and evening. I slept with earplugs and am an early riser so this wasn't an issue for me. All in all this is a great place, Isaac is attentive and ready to help if you were to need him. My only other feedback would be to provide a photo of the apartment entrance to visitors. We were looking for the word Mavi but the name above the entrance and visible on google street view is XARA and maybe a couple of blankets for sitting out on the cooler nights. Overall though this place was great and spot on for us.
