Stunning location, charming little house

Massimo was very kind and the info given was perfect, a delightful and clean apartment, very central a stone's throw from the waterfall. Ample free parking a few steps away. Tip!!!

Great apartment - just as pictures described, super clean, lots of amenities and lovely touches (such as coffee pods!) Maddalena was very friendly and always answered to messages quickly. Would definitely recommend the place and would happily stay again.

Nice convenient place esp. if you are looking for a place close to town center and places to socialise and entertain within a walking distance. There where a few city events during the period of our stay [Christmas through New Years] so it became a little noisy but in a positive way. If you are a person that eats out it is a perfect place. If you like us and cook for yourself [due to our food intolerances and allergies] more than eat out than you would not mind Damiano to equip kitchen with a few more convenient things like electric kettle, new frying pans, full size coffee mugs and microwave to quickly heat up your food after full but tiring day of exiting sightseeing. We stayed during Christmas/new year period and the place was really warm and cosy. Hot shower, clean linens, clean place. Whining 10 min distance by car you have absolutely amazing places to explore like the valley of Sant oliva and Monticheli, Esperia, and the Monti Aurunci hiking and mountain bike trails.
