It's wilderness camping without sacrificing the comfort of home, next to thousands of acres of national forest. 7/10 mile gravel road to the house removes you from the rest of the world. Sunsets, sunrises and the night sky are amazing! It's an 84 year-old house but solid and tidy inside. Caretaker lives on site to assist as needed.

If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.

We horses, mini donkeys, goats, chickens and we sell fresh eggs, ask us! We are a 30 minute drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego, and most SD attractions. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants. We have hot water and WIFI.
