Monthly Rentals in Cary

Mark was an excellent host. He was available at all times with a smile and friendly word. I highly recommend this studio apartment. The location was perfect, and right near downtown Apex.

My review speaks well of this rental. I wouldn't hesitate to refer or to stay here again. Having said that there are a few things I think could be addressed and one thing that may concern others. First the temps inside the unit rose to over 80 degrees making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I attempted to put on the AC with no avail. While there are ceiling fans, which do help, the one in the living room makes considerable noise and we couldn't use it. The alleyway that leads to the unit is a loose gravel cartway with rutts. Daytime walking is not too bad however it can be dicey after dark. It is also a dark isolated cartway that I would not feel safe having my wife or others used alone. I think that the property owner doesn't give an accurate description of where this unit is located and how to access it. While the main house is in front of this unit on a main street the tenant has to walk completely around the block traversing this gravel alleyway to get to the street.

When we sold our house we needed a place for a few weeks while our new house was being built. Our daughter shared this listing and it was a perfect match since it was only five miles from our former home. We didn’t have to learn a new area. There was a special rate for December so it was the best choice money wise.
