David was very friendly and accommodating from the start. He was able to help us with pick-up from Tagbilaran port and the driver took us to his place. He provided great recommendations for a nice beach spot and where to get supplies and getting around. He also answers and question and inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. His place is very private and relaxing after a day of exploring. This is a kid-friendly environment as there is grass by the pool and a fence to keep them safe as they play.

Paul's place is an excellent destination for a relaxing getaway. My family and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The older members of our group, including my mother and aunts, particularly appreciated the pool facilities while the younger ones ventured out for external activities. Although being away from home can be challenging, Paul's place provided us with a welcoming atmosphere, and we received exceptional support from Beng and Lucy.

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

Such a great place to stay ~ ~ Location. The safety around the price was really good. I will come again even if I visit again The host was quick to respond and very communicative However, the brightness of the entire accommodation is a little dark ~ ~ If you just replace the lights, it'll be the best accommodation ~ By the way, the staff is also very kind.

Aither’s place was nice and cozy. He really paid attention to details . Complete kitchen amenities and he had a detailed guidebook for guests to refer to.

The place was neat and tidy and the stuff in the house is complete. Faith is very accommodating in answering our inquiries 💗 We did not have a hard time to book grab from our location. The subdivision also offers a rent a car in which we booked for the wedding we went to. Overall we had a super fun stay! Thank you so much Faith! 💗

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your great home.

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Zhenrentals. The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Ma'am Love and Sir Ariel were exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to all the local attractions. The only thing that caught us off guard was the solar-powered electricity. We did get a bit nervous every time the power went out, unsure if it would be restored. Once we understood how it worked, we felt more at ease, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're unfamiliar with solar energy. All in all, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Emma and James were friendly and helpful for our family of 7 as first time visitors to Bohol. They helped arrange van tours, gave us great suggestions for places to go and helped us navigate getting to and from the ferry. Their place is not far (10 minute walk) from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach with all its shops and restaurants. We appreciated having the space for all of us (especially the 20-somethings who all had their own private rooms and bathrooms)

The place is great for a large group

The private bungalow was peaceful & very quiet. It was extremely clean - meticulous! The towels were so soft & the linens were so nice. The space was very well equipped. The large bed was comfy. I’m a light sleeper and it was very quiet inside. Mei brought a large jug of filtered water to us, which was very nice to have. We enjoyed the hammocks on the patio and the outdoor fan was great - kept the bugs away & more comfortable to sit out there, even when it was hot out during the day. The grounds were beautifully planted and the pool was a lovely temperature and very clean. There is space to park a scooter if you do rent one. You’re about an 8-10min drive to Alona Beach. Overall, a lot of attention to details! Mei was very responsive and very kind!! The evening we arrived, she arranged to have a Tuk-Tuk driver pick us up from the airport. Once we arrived, she greeted us at the gate. She even let us borrow her personal scooter for the evening. I have only positive things to say!!

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.
