It was my second time at Jena's Place and it's worth my money. Ate Gemma, the staff, was so kind and helpful. She suggests what to do, places to visit and helps me rent a bike so I could go around nearby places. Also, if you check in early, there's a Php 200.00 fee that you have to pay and I guess it's fine tbh. You may pay cash or thru Maya. I'm also looking forward to some improvements in the place for a better experience. I'll definitely come back someday.

We have spent 2 nights at Sally's lovely house and could not have been more welcomed elsewhere. The house itself is very peaceful, if you love dogs and animals it's a little paradise. Breakfast are delicious ; we had an activity planned on the first day and had to leave the house at 5:30 am ; Sally and her husband had us prepared a very good granola. All the activities that Sally has recommended and organized for us were authentic and lovely (pamilacan island visit, tricycle visit of Tarsier sanctuary, chocolate hills and waterfalls). We recommend 100% !

Paul's Place is one of the best accommodations I've stayed at so far, clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find free drinking water, which was a huge bonus, along with complimentary toiletries. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, though it would be even better with a microwave oven. 😁 No cockroaches, and what I appreciated most was the minimal presence of animals, just one aspin and one puspin, unlike other properties with open spaces that often have many cats and dogs begging for food. We also loved that we can walk from the property up to Kota Beach. Paul is so helpful and approachable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this property.

Fantastic stay at Marcela’s place. Super friendly and helpful. The staff were all amazing so a big thank you to them, especially Lisa. The room was clean and quiet, the surroundings were beautiful too. I would love to stay again. Friendly warning about a local canyoneering company though. Avoid JoePro Canyoneering. The staff member there Joshua was incredibly rude to my girlfriend and overly handsy which I didn’t find out about until after we had left. He also offered to take us to the top of Osmena Peak; a 15 min ride from where we were at the time for 3000 pesos. This is about 10 times a fair price. Avoid Joshua!

I would've loved to meet Elena in person, she was very responsive and answered all my message super friendly! The place might be a bit hard to find for some (almost 180° right curve on the Main Road coming from the south), but there are signs once you get the curve. The place is worth its money, and the beach right next to it is super convenient! I personally would recommend arriving by scooter or bike already, as without one might turn out difficult to explore nearby places. Stock up on water/snacks at a 7-eleven too. I enjoyed it, thanks for having me!

Marcela and Lisa were astounding Hosts! Their service was very warm towards us and we were able to stay in the chilling area despite arriving too early. Check in was easy, albeit a Php1,000 Security Deposit is needed when you check in but refundable upon check out. We were really impressed with how clean the room was and how Lisa was very proactive in assisting us with our needs. Place is peaceful and truly a hideaway if you want to be away from the busy city and the crowded nightlife. Wifi is a little spotty inside the room so you might need to head outside the room to get proper connection. overall, we were here to disconnect so we didn't mind much on this detail. Utensils are provided when needed.

Erich's place is a real gem. While the pool and patio areas are shared with another apartment and Erichs family, the unit is completely self contained and private. The property is immaculately maintained and lots of ingenuity and conveniences built in. The unit was very spacious inside and very clean. The bathroom area is quite large and beds very comfortable. With all of the great features and high quality, what stands out the most is Erichs and his family's hospitality. We felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed all of our interactions. Sometimes when staying in a family compound, it can feel a bit awkward being under foot but this was never the case during our stay here. Hopefully it will be available again during our return travels through Argao area. Lest I forget to mention- it has a billion-peso view, refreshing breezes and can watch the thunderstorm clouds advancing in the distance over Bohol.

As a picky person, i will definitely stay here again. Plus, it has a good location which is accessible whether you commute or rent a motorbike. The room is 10/10. The whole place is also 10/10, relaxing and homey vibe.

The place is walkable to ayala terraces. Aileen was Vey prompt and reply quickly to our text. Will def recommend her place. Btw, this is a studio, solinea tower 3, Not great for family.
