Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

I loved my stay here! The host was responsive whenever I had any concerns, and the staff were so sweet and helpful! The place was perfect with a good location as the bus stop is very nearby. There is also a mall nearby with a huge economical grocery store inside it, and there’s also a fruits and vegetables market nearby! Just note that sometimes, a lizard might make its way into the space as there are some gaps underneath and around the door, but they’re harmless and common in households in Southeast Asia so nothing to worry about. Also, during my stay, the water heater in the shower was stuck at a high temperature, so I just had to mix the hot water from the shower head with cold water from the faucet in the bucket provided when showering, but having hot water is always a plus honestly because you can cool it down by mixing it with cold water in a bucket so not a big deal! I highly recommend this stay!

We stayed in both of Lars' BNBs and we truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of their staff, Kuya Ronald. They have provided ample things you will need during your stay, and so much more—including Kuya Ronald driving us around in this tricycle and recommending places to visit. We really loved the place.

Owner is always responsive! Every thing you need during your stay, the owner has provided. Fast internet connection with large TV and Netflix were all available.

the building looks empty and abandoned, the apartments correspond to the photographs and have everything you need for your stay. The water pressure in the shower is very low. If you need a short stay for a few days, this is a good option. 5 minutes drive from the airport.

The place is really clean, and nice! Will definitely book the same place if ever I'll visit Bohol again in the future.

We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

Good place. My family enjoyed staying there because of privacy but no security. It's far from convenient stores, restaurants, beach so you should need to have someone to contact if you want to go to some place. There are 2 dogs which we enjoyed the company, but they messed up our garbage outside. There were ants but manageable. Overall, good stay. Thanks, Jenny

Amazing place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The surrounding is very calm and the city is only 15 minutes walk. There are not restaurants really close, but the full equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. We really appreciate our little peaceful stay!

The Terrace house was perfect for our large family get together. The pool was amazing, cleaned daily. We were welcomed by the host and made very welcome. Nothing was a problem for the on site host who catered to every need if anything was required. The stay was an exceptional experience.

We had an amazing time here! The place was spacious and had everything we were looking for. The surroundings were beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The place was very nice, my family liked it because they were comfortable and felt just like at home. Everything stated on the description of the place, the pictures from the inside and the outside of the house are all accurate. Great time when you are with your family. We checked in a little bit late in the afternoon but I already informed the host about it. She was able to respond quickly and very helpful before and after our stay. Also the caretaker of the place was very nice and very much helpful to us. She immediately showed and informed me everything about the house, rooms, bathrooms (etc.). She was very nice. We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay at this place, very much recommended guys! Looking forward to coming back again soon and I would chose this place when I wanna go back to southern part of Cebu. 😊

Very nice place for our laidback Bantayan trip. We suggest better wifi coverage though, we usually lose connection at the other rooms. But all good and we loved our stay :)

My recent stay at Nala's Farm was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff Kuya Jeffrey were incredibly friendly and helpful, 1 making check-in a breeze.   The room itself was immaculate. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find everything spotless, from the crisp linens to the sparkling bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, and the reliable Wi-Fi. The location of this place was perfect for my needs. I also felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool, clean and well maintained, and the place is very wide since i have a birthday celebration, most of us was amazed and really enjoyed our stay. My daughter and my twins sister's birthday celebration was well spent. Thanks Mam Noemi and the staff, kuya raffy.

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

Jose's place was perfect for my partners stay. Due to the storms on Camotes Jose and his cohosts supported us to check in early and were always extremely kind and supportive to any requests and alterations. The apartment was in a secure location off from the street so it felt extremely safe and peaceful. The apartment was also perfectly clean with all of the ameneties mentioned. We would recommend staying at one of Jose's listings if you are staying in Consolacion so for an affordable, comfortable, and safe stay.

When you are looking for an affordable place to stay at, Tito's place is the perfect one. Actually, we are a team competing for Regional PRISAA at Mandaue City and we chose to stay out of our billeting area so that we can do anything else such as cooking, going out late and night and the like. This saved our allowances much. Thank you!
