Lovely Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Miss Roslyn was responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially loved the minimalist interior, and the great view from the balcony. It was a nice place to relax, and I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you, Miss Ros! ❤️

Highly recommended! The apartment was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly how the host described it and everything in it. The host's mom who runs the place was super kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The gated, quiet place was well-maintained with a huge parking lot and colorful bougainvillea flowers all around. We had the chance to take a look at the apartment months before we rented it so there were no surprises. I definitely will give it a 6 out of 5. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay!!

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Minor concern, the area smells weird at first but they gave us new set of air freshener so not a big deal. The internet wifi was also slow so we are using our data while staying. Overall, great place! The price was worth it. Definitely will stay here again if we will visit Cebu again. But hopefully, internet will be fixed next time

Besides the odd noises coming from the sink it was a really nice cozy spot. Big t.v. and everything you'd need for and extended stay with a water cooler as well. We didn't get to try out the pool as we were leaving really early in the morning but definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs to be close to the airport. Restaurants that seems to be popular with expats downstairs next door and the food looks good. laundry mat that will deliver which is super helpful as well. Definitely recommending this place

Perfect stay near the airport and many places to eat . There is a mall near maybe 7 min walk with fashion stores, more restaurant and pharmacy. The amenities are all nice and the e security is top notch . I will def stay again in my travels to Cebu.

I had a very comfortable stay, it just feels like I am at the comfort of my own home +++ it’s cheapp and affordable. From the moment I arrived, the host were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the things I needed for a comfortable stay. 💜💜 I also appreciated the place location, where it’s accessible, peaceful and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again 🫶🏻

This place is so nice, a gated private guest house and the location is fairly close to the shopping strip and alona beach (15 min walk, 3 minute scooter ride) while being removed enough to be a quiet peaceful place. I was able to rent a scooter right outside the path to the house and there was a fully functioning ATM on the quiet road. The wifi never failed, The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. I liked the front patio space outside while drinking my morning coffee. Our host Mikey and his wife who live on the premises were kind, so helpful and they respected our privacy. If you’re in Bohol i highly recommend checking out this place. I hope to return again if i visit panglao again.

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Robert and Anj’s detached property in Minglanilla. It served as an ideal base for exploring Cebu, with a supermarket and mall conveniently close by. The apartment itself was impeccably maintained, fully equipped, and easily accessible. We especially appreciated the straightforward car hire at Wheels2Go just down the road. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the accommodating guards in the compound. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

Exceptional host. Great property with lots to do. Definitely will be back.

No words can say like our home already

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Mary Grace's place was exactly what we were looking for. This was our second month of two spent in the Philippines and our first time visiting the country. Our first month was spent in Manila (which we also enjoyed a lot), and instead of just staying in another city for a month, we saw Mary Grace's place and went for it for something different. It's in the small town of Cordova, but it's also just a ferry or taxi ride to the city of Cebu. We really appreciated seeing a new and different atmosphere in the town of Cordova while also having a peaceful home to return to. We were able to go walking and jogging all throughout the gated community. We swam in the pool for the very reasonable fee. All the neighbors were very chill and nice. We interacted most with Mary Grace and Rowena and both were very kind, friendly and helpful. The house was just like the listing, and when we needed something that wasn't there, Mary Grace made sure it was delivered to us ASAP. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A very peaceful quiet place with a responsive host , great communication and a nice unit with everything you need , the bed is huge and comfortable, check in was easy , recommend a night or two here

The place is surprisingly cheap yet it already offers more than enough of what anyone could need for a stay in the city. It was exactly near the landmarks we wanted to visit. The place itself also brings out a chill vibe, felt quite at home! Would definitely book again if ever I travel back to cebu.

There were many special touches; French Press coffee, ease at feedback and quick turnaround times. Best cooking devices of any place I’ve stayed in Cebu. The complex is growing, yet relatively quiet (normal locals blasting music, sometimes it’s quite good), fires burning at times, and truly the only times I closed windows for A/C over fan and awesome breezes (higher corner unit). The grounds have some places to eat near Towers 203-205, a 7-Eleven, spacious grounds, pool never too crowded (mornings-weekday). My tower’s 1st floor people sell larger weekly water, return for your deposit. No complaints!! Jhoana and Saekyung Phase 305 was the BEST!!
