LuxBnB was perfect for our 3 day stay. Detailed instructions were given on how to get there. The place was so clean and neat. It was right across the street from New Brighton beach so we took advantage of beach walks and watching the sunrise.

Kate was very helpful and friendly. House was perfect for what we needed, well priced and tidy.

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Sue’s and Jeff’s place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive—I was asked for my preferred milk before my arrival, which was such a nice touch. I really appreciated the little details, like the great coffee provided. My flight arrived at midnight, and the flexible check-in made everything so much easier. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the city centre, and the Uber fare from the airport was a reasonable $36.80 NZD - back to airport at $38.90NZD. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming stay. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely book again! Thanks Sue and Jeff

Loved this stay and apartment. Fantastic location, apartment very very clean and well stocked. We had a nice view. A little noisy in the morning but we were in the middle of a small city so expected. Right near a food outlet market. Could walk everywhere.

Great location & great value for money. We had everything we needed. The first time entering is a bit tricky to get in with security side of things but it’s very secure & easy afterwards.

This was my second time staying at Ann-Marie's place in a week and it was truly wonderful and excellent both times. The place is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by stunning scenery and a large gorgeous yard. The place is roomy, cozy, and has everything you need. The best part is Ann-Marie. She is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to support and help in any way possible. I truly enjoyed both of my stays here and I would definitely love to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 week self-contained stay, while welcoming our first grandchild into this world. The kitchen was very well equipped for creating our own meals. We loved the views with birds flitting about in the treetops during the day, and watching the changing city lights at night.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This was my second visit. Lily and Anna were super helpful in organising my booking and a connnecting one at short notice. I love this apartment. It's small but beautifully appointed, convenient to the Avon walkway and the city. It is on a busy road but that didn't bother me. The outside patio is lovely in the evening. I will return for sure.

Wow! 5/5 Star for this wonderful Airbnb - one of the best I have ever stayed in. The host, Jo, is absolute Jew of a human! The hospitality, and detailed attention to this home away from home was immaculate. The host truly care about their guest and the view was breath taking. Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!

We stayed in Kate’s house for one night after a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, before an early flight out of Christchurch the next morning. We were thankful for a comfortable bed after a week of sleeping in a campervan! Kate’s place was clean and tidy and she was very friendly, giving me a few suggestions for things to do in Christchurch that night. Good location beside Hagley Park, we walked to the botanic gardens and into the city. It was also convenient for getting to the airport the following morning. A very short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks Kate!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
