Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Christchurch

I stayed comfortably. The host responded kindly and quickly. It was useful because there were gas stations and convenience stores, small marts, restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby. It was very convenient because the bus stop was right in front of the house to the city center and the airport. In particular, the parking lot was very useful. I would like to stay again.

Accommodation was just as described. Easy check in and good communication. The area is right near the beach and easy access to the city and surrounding area. Would recommend this as a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was compact and functional, but still big enough for me, my partner, brother, and parents. The location was perfect.

Highly recommend Konrad‘s place! Great, central location and the property was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Konrad was super quick in responding to any questions we had.

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

Your prompt responses to our inquiries allowed us to plan our stay efficiently. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. The modern décor was particularly appealing, and we especially enjoyed the exceptionally clean and comfortable blankets and bedding. The beds were ample for two people, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The neighbours were quiet and considerate, and the off-street parking was a huge plus since we had a rental car. I utilised most of the appliances in the apartment, and they all worked flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would happily book this in the future and the key reasons would be because of how wonderful the hosts were!

Beautiful, modern place. Tasteful furnishings. Great kitchen area. It seemed from the map that it was on the outskirts of Christchurch. But apparently Christchurch is a sprawling city with no center, so the apartment really is close to the best part of town: the "market", which has lots of restaurants and food counters, the botanical gardens, and the disco area (a few blocks away so you can't hear it). The card-access, in-building garage has a generously sized parking spot. The kitchen is well equipped with matching utensils and even a pod espresso machine! There were two choices of milk in the fridge. The washer and dryer (in a closet straight ahead when you walk in) are new. It even has accounts for Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Amy responded immediately to my few questions. She even sent me check-in instructions a few days early because I was worried I wouldn't have cell service. It was a great stay.

This is a gem of an apartment- fantastic location close to town. It is beautifully appointed with lots of extra touches and a great kitchen. Very comfortable bed and super quiet - highly recommended!

We were extremely happy with the location and the apartment. It was just a stop over, cold & wet outside. Umbrellas were supplied and we were able to get an Uber to met up with friends at the Irish pub instead of walking. The next day we checked out parked in a city carpark and explored the city by tram, lots to see & do in Christchurch. What a beautiful city! The apartment was fantastic, spotless and comfortable. Thankyou guys :)

Wonderful location and great layout, very clean and tidy. We loved our stay right in the middle of Christchurch.

For those concerned about security , this is a good choice. Several security steps to activate to get into apt. Well stocked kitchen and pantry basics available to use. Karen was very responsive to our messages. Great location. Elevator appreciated. Thankyou, Karen

Josie's apartment was lovely. Spotless, modern and well equipped, and very comfortable. The location was central and walking distance to everything. So many funky bars and cafes locally and in the same street. Can highly recommend staying here. The 9am rave at the bar a few doors down was a hoot!

Clean… so clean and laid out really well. A nice lounge/ kitchen area with work/dining table and a completely separate bedroom. The bathroom was immaculate! I can only recommend. Super quiet, self contained, safe off street parking and no noise. Thank you for the stay Ann-Marie.

Susan’s apartment was perfect for my mother and I for a long weekend. It’s in the heart of the city and the cafe next door does a great eggs bene. Lovely beds, soft towels and eco store products. Everything we needed for a super comfortable city holiday.

This was my second visit. Lily and Anna were super helpful in organising my booking and a connnecting one at short notice. I love this apartment. It's small but beautifully appointed, convenient to the Avon walkway and the city. It is on a busy road but that didn't bother me. The outside patio is lovely in the evening. I will return for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was spotless and cozy, making me feel right at home. Jo was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Worcester Terraces. The hosts are super responsive. The 2 bed/2-bath condo is very nice and super clean. Everything you will need for your stay is provided. The kitchen is well equipped, and all of the appliances work perfectly. The condo has a lot of natural sunlight, and the outdoor space is delightful. We would highly recommend booking this condo.

We stayed in Kate’s house for one night after a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, before an early flight out of Christchurch the next morning. We were thankful for a comfortable bed after a week of sleeping in a campervan! Kate’s place was clean and tidy and she was very friendly, giving me a few suggestions for things to do in Christchurch that night. Good location beside Hagley Park, we walked to the botanic gardens and into the city. It was also convenient for getting to the airport the following morning. A very short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks Kate!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
