Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Christchurch

Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

We were late arriving and grateful that host was responsive and the check-in instructions were clear. This is a compact home but clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for us, heading out of Christchurch airport.

Kate was very helpful and friendly. House was perfect for what we needed, well priced and tidy.

Great Airbnb to stay to explore the city. It’s a very nice location. You can easily walk to the heart of the city and botanic garden in 20 minutes. The place was very clean. Easy parking, well-equipped kitchen and very nice neighborhood. It was a great stay at Marilyn’s place.

Great place for a short business trip. Ideally situated for the city centre and surrounding area.

This was great accommodation for our stay in Christchurch. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and had a terrace where we could sit outside to have morning coffee or an evening drink. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and very modern and clean as was the bathroom. The location was central and we walked into town everyday to visit the shops and river side. It helped make our visit a very pleasant one.

Very good location, I can see this place being very popular when the stadium opens. Was nice to just walk to dinner and do bit site seeing. Presentation was very nice and clean.

Karen’s place is equipped to a very high standard, not just the bare minimum required for the listing. We easily found everything we needed - and more. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location an easy walking distance from the CBD and main attractions of Christchurch. The area is pretty quiet at night. You do hear some noise from other residents in the block but we weren’t at all bothered at unsociable hours. All in all a great place to stay in Christchurch; we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Karen.

Superb place to stay in every way. Josie allowed us to check in early to suit our incoming flight and responded to any questions we had very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high standard. It was the ideal place to recover from our long flight. We were self catering and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a decent meal. The location is ideal - only 10 minutes walk from the bus station & main shopping area & 20 minutes walk from the Botanic Gardens. What a superb start to our NZ adventure. Thank you.

Stayed one night at Ann-Marie’s guest house. It was very quiet and peaceful and one of the best Air BnB’s I’ve stayed in for a while. Beautifully decorated with everything you needed. Comfy bed and plenty of space to relax. Russell gave good directions for a short 5-10 walk to the local NW to get dinner for the night. Just what I needed after driving all day. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

this place was perfect to recharge during my road trip, and being able to do laundry was a huge plus!! The apartment is beautiful and cozy with amazing views, super comfy bed and everything i needed to feel right at home. All my questions were answered very quickly

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

This apartment is small but beautiful. It was clean and the furnishings lovely. There is a lovely sunny outdoor area although this is central city and on a main road. If you don't like traffic noise this is not for you. I didn't find it a problem. Inside the apartment traffic noise was barely noticable. The apartment is literally 50m to the Avon parks and walkways. The info in the listing on parking is misleading - the listing says "your own secure, off-street parking space is included" but in fact it is in the next street in a Wilson's carpark. The "secure" I can't speak to as the carpark was outdoors and open. There was 1 camera. I would not leave anything in the car if unattended. This was the only negative for me. The parking is free as promised. All in all, I will stay here again. It's a gorgeous place and so very close to everything.

The room is so clean, and the decorations in the house are so exquisite, it’s really worth! All the facilities are so convenient and we enjoyed delicious meals cooking by ourselves. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay, yet it's still within walking distance of all the main city streets in Christchurch. The neighborhood felt safe, and I truly appreciated the sense of security. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommend it!

Thank you for hosting us. Was the startposition for our trip in NZ, all we need was a bed. Nice place with direct busconnection to the airport and to the city. Enjoyed the short stay.

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
