Kristen was a wonderful host, we could tell she really cares about what she does. Everything was cleaned and stocked very well. It is located only a few minutes from some very good eats! We will definitely be staying here again!

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

I love staying here. Fun hosts. Beautiful place. Walking distance to a couple of my favorite restaurants. (105 Social and O'Malleys). Easy drive into CO Springs.

Geordan’s place was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, cute, and very close to stores. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for visiting family for Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back again.

The basement apartment is just as described. Valerie is a great host and is great at communicating. She also has lots of little things to make you feel at home and in case you may have forgotten something. We had plenty of space and could easily cook meals. We love how close it was to the Broadmoor where we had a conference and that we could just walk up the hill.

The views are perfect! We saw a deer one morning. The pristine downstairs apartment has access via outside stairs. Jacque is wonderful and responds very quickly. The location is wonderful! The photo of an entire house is misleading- (it’s not the whole home-It’s also has no oven/stovetop )

I had an amazing stay at María’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. María was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, and I felt at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience!

Beautiful spot. The cafe is fairly quiet (September). Very quiet neighborhood close to great hiking trails.

We enjoyed our stay here! The host was extremely responsive and proactive in providing instructions and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. For a downstairs unit it had a lot of light from the windows and aligned with the photos and descriptions. Would recommend to others for a CSprings stay!

The place was lovely and just as described. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not work. I think one section was broken. However, we were busy and never reported it, so didn’t really expect it to be fixed.

Lara is a wonderful host. All of the beds were comfortable and the living room was great for 6 of us to play cards. We used the fireplace and our cast iron skillets to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. It’s a really nice neighborhood with beautiful views from the front door of the rental unit. Would certainly recommend.

Great space for the week. My partner and I and our friends had a very cozy space for the week. It is definitely a shared space overall. We had a couple of small things around the house (wifi, post-shower moisture, squeaky intake vent, missing kitchen misc) but the hosts were very responsive and attentive and quickly remedied anything problematic. If you are just looking to do some exploring in Colorado Springs and have a very comfortable place with hospitable hosts to come back to, highly recommend.

Amazing place. Had towels for my spouse and I ready. Well worth the price, and would go with this place again. Great host, very clean, and very responsive. I didn't have any questions about anything within the listing.

Everything was clean and organized, the check-in was easy and straightforward. Peaceful and quiet place to rest . The communication was wonderful. If we had a question the response was almost immediately. Definitely coming back .

Beautiful place to stay! My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The amenities, including the hot tub and surrounding seating areas, are very nice. Awesome location, beautiful cottage, and the host was great! Highly recommended!

We are so grateful we found this Airbnb!! Franka was super thoughtful on everything!! We loved the view especially from the hot tub! So peaceful, private and quiet! We were able to sit outside under the deck to look at a huge thunderstorm and listen to the thunder and watch the lightning! 10/10 definitely recommend and will be returning!!!!

We have stayed in a lot of AirBNBs over the years a d this was the best. Every little detail was well thought out - from communications before, during and after to the many many personal touched in the place…. Fresh flowers, a personal note welcoming us, muffins and fudge in the fridge, lots of extras in the bathroom, robes, eye masks…. i could go on and on. These folks define what it means to be a super host!!!!

The place is wonderful. If you're looking for a getaway, this is the perfect spot. It has a great location, and nearby you can find some hiking trails with beautiful views. The cabin has everything you need in perfect condition, it’s very clean, and includes details that are greatly appreciated when traveling. The hot tub is a plus we really enjoyed. The bed is very comfortable. You have privacy, and Ashley and her family are very special. They make you feel at home. They are very friendly, and communication is excellent.

We would absolutely stay here again! Cheri was an excellent host, and the space was beautiful and comfortable! Loved the fireplaces. She even had a decorated Christmas tree there for us to enjoy!

The host responded to messages almost immediately, check in/check out was a breeze, the apartment is incredibly cozy.
