Great location ; close to grocery and restaurants and attractions.Better yet- it was quiet and safe with great parking. The wifi was reliable. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Appliances were up to date and all worked well. Although there was a tv in every room, we didn’t use them. Rebecca checked in with me and she thoughtfully left plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry supplies and dishwashing pods. It was a great stay. Thanks!

Staying at Katie’s place was fantastic. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants. The home was perfect from design to furnishings and everything in between. When my grandson is born in July, I’ll be back.

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Very sweet host! Awesome and safe location. Next to cute ice cream and coffee shops and also beautiful Colorado mountains! Hot tub was amazing and the home was so clean and cozy! Beds were all great and bathrooms were newly renovated and perfectly clean. It is a small house but it’s perfect for a cozy get away!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Great spot in a quiet area. The place was big with lots of space for our stay and three year old. Convenient location, 15 mins away from everything including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping and dining. AMAZING view as well!

This was an excellent, quaint perfectly located 1 br apartment nestled in the middle of wonderful restaurants and shopping in Castle Rock. A perfect halfway point between Co Springs and Denver Airport, this place was very well kept and so cozy for lounging and ordering any genre food within a mile radius. Being Pet friendly was excellent as we had our little fur baby Maltese who was right at home. When I come back, I hope this place is available!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 months in between selling our house and the completion of our new house. The condo served us well for that purpose. All the amenities, laundry, kitchen, bath rooms, closets, garage and TV worked great and had everything we needed. Nice dining area with 6 seats. Shawna was very responsive when the garage door opener quit working and got that fixed quickly. We've lived in Castle Rock for 47 years and the location is very convenient to downtown and shopping. Although this is a large condo complex it's well kept and quiet. Pool was great to for the grand kids. They do allow pets in this condo so expect pet hair. Our only suggestion would be to replace the couch which was pretty tired.

My and my family of 12 booked this home for our new years get away and it was more the accommodating, clean, spacious and lots of fun with the pool. The host were very communicated and welcoming. We would definitely book back here again

Awesome location and awesome home! This fit our plans perfectly. Erin is a great host. We brought our grandson to see the mountains for the first time. Great location to plenty (more than we could do) of attractions and beauty. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property!!

This house was absolutely amazing. Very clean, cozy, gorgeous views, and more amenities than any Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The host was incredibly sweet and very responsive. There were two pac n plays, a high chair, baby eating utensils, and toys to accommodate the two toddlers and two babies in our group. There was so much to do at this house for all ages that we were content to stay at the house and spend time together as a family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We definitely plan on coming back for our next Colorado vacation.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Douglas and Annie were fantastic. This place was lovely from the home to the scenery. They had lists together for everything you can do in the area. The place was extremely clean. Check-in was smooth and my girlfriend and dog loved the place as well. As long as you follow the rules listed by the hosts your pets will love it here!

Good stay at this airnbn. I hope to bring my dogs next time :) This place is a good value, especially due to the well serviced hot tub.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.

I loved staying at Sarah’s place! We traveled with two young children (1 and 3) and this home had EVERYTHING we could have needed. It was completely safe for our children to roam free inside the home and even had toys! We also utilized the baby gate and a hiking backpack but they had more items also available. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket with sparkling water and wine and a binder with everything we would want to know about our stay. All the extra linens/blankets/towels were clearly labeled and easy to fine if needed and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! We enjoyed dinners on the porch with amazing views and the hot tub felt great after our hikes. The kids loved the trampoline and zip line! While visiting, we got to see a black bear, mule deer, and elk passing through the yard in the space between the hot tub and dumpster. Also a curious chipmunk who frequented the deck.

This space was so beautiful and well thought out. It had absolutely every you could ask for. The backyard is gorgeous and the view of Pies Peak is incredible. I felt very at home. It was peaceful and the communication with the host was outstanding. Thank you for this experience.

Great place to stay, cozy feel and great location. Had everything we were looking for. The views were spectacular.
