Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Colorado Springs

Kristen was a wonderful host, we could tell she really cares about what she does. Everything was cleaned and stocked very well. It is located only a few minutes from some very good eats! We will definitely be staying here again!

I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Every nice place! She was very respectful and nice! She has a good line of communication! Only thing I would complain about but not a complaint is her driveway is hard to find at night speacially in fog

I tried 4 different Housing rentals in the area and Martha’s place was beyond the best. From her very comfortable home and peaceful neighborhood, to having all appliances you could need, this place is 10 out of 10. Enjoy the large TV, the comfortable queen bed, the spotless, and clean smelling home. Thank you, Martha for having such comfortable towels, cotton sheets; which are hard to come by these days. Having a side-by-side washer and dryer is always a fancy luxury, thanks for that! I really hate those stacked connected ones where the washer door can not be lifted all the way. They never clean right.

Lara is a wonderful host. All of the beds were comfortable and the living room was great for 6 of us to play cards. We used the fireplace and our cast iron skillets to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brenda’s rental is absolutely lovely. It has everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay, including clean linens, outdoor seating, & ample space for grilling, lounging, etc. The view from this rental is beautiful & the hosts are responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet, well-kept spot to enjoy a weekend away to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Brenda’s rental!

About a 13 min drive from CNY which was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet for how many homes were in the area. Home was very clean and the host was very helpful with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, I wish we had time to stay a few more days!! Lovely location, very comfortable beds, hot tub was awesome, we even went paddleboarding on the lake! Beautiful location and so relaxing. The Jacuzzi was so nice too, and the games and TV were perfect when we got too tired to run around. Very good location, and Joey was so communicative and friendly! Thank you so much! I'd definitely come here again. Oh, the only small thing that could be improved would be a couple extra pans for cooking and some parchment paper and such lol. I like to cook at places and there was only one pot! Other than that, it was perfection. Don't hesitate to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brittany’s lake house. We enjoyed walking our two dogs around the lake, which is directly across the street. The house was well-stocked, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were made up with quality linens which gave a fancy hotel vibe. Brittany clearly put a lot of thought into the decor -very tastefully decorated. The back yard was perfect for our dogs to play and potty (poo bags were available for clean up). I’d definitely stay here again!

This home was lovely! It was a great place for my family to reside during our Colorado Spring Vacation. Rita was so responsive and had great suggestions for sites to see. The home was easy to locate and enter, and it made it our home away from home. I highly recommend the Historic Bluebird House as a great place to stay!

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Austin’s place! The treasure hunt was so fun, the decor is inviting and interesting. Austin was great with communication and being accommodating. The amenities were the best I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb, he truly thought of everything.

Staying here was worth every single penny. Debra and her husband were incredibly responsible, helpful, communicative and accommodating. I brought my family here (wife and two daughters) and we felt at home the entire time. We went to Monument to enjoy the outdoors and everything Colorado Springs had to offer. The home was in the perfect location to get wherever we wanted. I would recommend Debra’s place hands down. She and her husband were amazing to work with and helped with whatever we needed.
