Monthly Rentals in County Durham

We stayed here on the first night of our North-East castle roadtrip. Very comfortable and clean home, easy to find, and location wise close to Auckland Palace, Raby Castle, and the Barnard Castle ruins. The host had left loads of leaflets and info on local attractions, made us wish we were staying longer!

My kids and I had an amazing two nights stay, Andrew went over and above to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend Jesse's hut

This accommodation is exactly as the photos and the host left milk, eggs, bread, butter, coffee pods and a cereal variety pack which is very generous, especially as we were only there for one night. We walked the short walk to the Cross Keys pub (we have been there a few times on our visit to Hamsterley Forest), but it was nice to be able to have a bottle of wine this and walk back to the accommodation. Really clear instructions and spotless. Due to bad weather we didn't get to sit on the veranda but it looked inviting. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend. Great value for money. This was a great place to stay whilst dropping off my daughter at university. Everything was pristine and exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and the house easy to access via a key safe. It was also much quieter than I expected given its location in an urban area. Well worth the money and I am likely to come back over the next few years!
