Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fethiye

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

This house, where we stayed for a long time, was very peaceful and calm. Mr. Levent was very helpful to us and responded quickly to our questions. We had a very pleasant time where we will extend our holiday even further if we could. Thanks again for everything.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

First of all, thank you to Mr. Aydın for his hospitality. The house was quite large and spotless . In 3 bedrooms, both beds and pillows , quilts, etc. were considered . Each room has a built-in closet. The kitchen met all our needs. The garden was very well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the barbecue and seating area. They didn't use the garden to make us comfortable because they had a host upstairs, and they made the slightest noise. We felt like we were at home. The house has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. It's never a problem for someone with a car, but if you are going to come without a car, the location of the house is 1200 meters to the beach. It can be a bit difficult to walk in the heat. We had a very nice and calm holiday. You can rent the house with peace of mind. Thank you again Mr. Aydın.🙏

This is the first time we've arranged a place through the app. Mr. Şaban is a very good host, I have not seen such a clean hotel/apartment in my life. Everything is also great. There is everything you may need at home. Öludeniz is close to Fethiye center, beaches, etc. It is very nice in terms of location, do not relax. The children were very happy, they did not want to leave the pool at all. The weather is very nice in the evenings, there was no overwhelming weather. You can sit and have your tea and coffee in the evenings by the pool for a long time.

It was a much nicer, overly pleasant house than the photo showed. Everything has been considered. Ms. Tuba was very helpful with everything. Although the season was over, the food places we found nearby were also very sweet. The temperature of the pool is very suitable for winter, we entered very comfortably in the morning and evening. Everything was perfect,I hope we can come back soon 🙏🏻

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
