Villa holiday rentals in Fethiye

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

A lovely villa hidden away from the main road. Great to have a swimming pool a few footsteps away, to use anytime . It was also nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

Our group of three couples had an incredible stay at this hidden gem. The villa offers perfect privacy with separate suites while providing tasteful gathering spaces around the pool. The mountain views were breathtaking, especially during sunset when we gathered for drinks on the terrace. We loved how peaceful and secluded it felt while still being close enough to explore Fethiye's attractions. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and arranged a lovely private boat tour for us.

The house is centrally located in the Dead Sea, there is a grocery store within walking distance, the house was above our expectations, the host was very kind and finishing. I recommend it closed.

Everything was great at home!. Home is same as you see in the photos. Rooms and beds are comfortable and sheets was very clean. Kitchen was fully organized and clean. Coffee&tea machine, TVs and all electrical equipment was working well. Pool was clean and garden is relaxing. House is in the middle of two sides of Fethiye. Right between Fethiye city center and Ölüdeniz so you can reach everywhere in 15 minutes by a car. Uğur was very helpful from the beginning to the end. We will definitely re visit Uğur's place in our next Fethiye vacation.

The villa was really great and has a modern design. It was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. Omer was very helpful when we wanted to check in early. She put a lot of effort into making our stay perfect and recommended us a variety of places to visit and see. We stayed with our family and our two kids and the kids were very pleased as well. They care a lot about customer service and do their best to make sure guests have a good time. They are always available by phone and help immediately when we have needs or questions. The villa had all the equipment we needed and was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. During our stay, Omer contacted us to ask if the cleaning workers could come to pick up something from the storage room on the garage door. This made us feel the respect and trust they had with guests when we booked.

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

We had an incredible few days at Cem’s place. The setting is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains all around. It’s private, peaceful, and feels like a true escape from the world. The property had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and fully relax. The swimming pools and sauna were the cherry on top—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both daytime and evening dips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in a beautiful location. We’d love to come back!

This home is exceptional! And I say 'home', as that's exactly how it felt from stepping through the door even though the view & facilities was something we could only dream of owning! Superb, well equipped living space with attention to detail in all the right places. Every room (even the bathrooms) were considered for the spectacular view that this house offered. The upstairs office space even had a telescope for enjoying the night sky - a lovely touch! And although we didn't use the outdoor pool due to season, the indoor pool not only felt like a secret space hidden within the bedroom, it offered a luxury touch to this house. Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our stay, and the use of the large TV with streaming choices made a perfect way to enjoy the evenings. The local town of Gocek was about 1/2 hour drive away, which was a great place for supplies, restaurants & harbour views. Deniz is an exceptional host for this property, with nothing being a problem. All just perfect!

We booked this place last minute when we had issues with our first Airbnb. I messaged the host and he was super helpful and accommodating. He welcomes us at the place at 8PM after we finally made it out of the first place. The host Huseyin was very humble and kind. The place itself was pristine! As soon as we entered the home it was beautiful, it smelled clean and looked gorgeous. The place was organized and setup by the book really, there were all the basic amenities and host also provided snacks and refreshments. Its located near many local restaurants and was only 15-20 mins to Oludeniz and Calis. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and we had a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended for families.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

Had an amazing stay there and will definitely be coming back again

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. It was also nice and calm in terms of location. We would love to choose again again. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for his help. We highly recommend it:))
