Anna's place is a wonderful combination of perfect amenities and every comfort you can think of. Perfectly located, it's easy to find and has great access to the main thoroughfares for getting to the beach and 5th avenue. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the terrace is a beautiful oasis. We loved staying here and think you will too!

The apartment on the highest standard, has everything you need, plus the neighborhood allows for free walks. Clean, nice, beautiful, and welcoming. Wonderful time, communication with the owner and consierg is easy and very smooth, which allows for peace of mind. The pool is clean with a beautiful view. Worth recommending - if you're hesitant, you'll be happy.

It was a lovely home my family loved the place . Ricardo was quick at responding my messages. In overall it was a good place to stay in.

We had a great stay, and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect as its close to the main strip but not on the strip that you can hear the noise. Great wifi, water pressure, and AC are all good. Drinking water is a huge 5gal which was amazing! The only negative I would say was that the hot water went away fast about 2 minutes into the shower, but the owner sent someone over, and they are looking into fixing it already. The last issue which they are upfront about is the electricity; please note that you have a limit otherwise you have to pay for the extra electricity. I am glad they are upfront about it. To be honest we didn't have any issues with going over but I think its something people should know. Overall its a great stay and we would book again.

The condo is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The modern decor, cozy furnishings, and little details made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a peaceful setting yet close enough to easily access all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Having beach club access was also a nice added bonus! We used it twice at La Zebra, and it was absolutely worth it. A quick heads-up—the road leading to the condo is currently undergoing some construction, so there are a few bumps and potholes along the way. It’s nothing major, but I’d recommend renting an SUV for a smoother ride. The drive is still easy and totally worth it though! The host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did.

This was an exceptional stay. The penthouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. So much space for us and so well equipped. It’s in a great location, walking distance to great cafes, bars and shops in a quiet neighbourhood. Phoenix is an exceptional host so responsive and full of great recommendations. We can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough.

Migdalia is absolutely lovely. She is a super responsive host. The place is clean, bright and nicely loaded up for a small place. There are welcome messages and clear instructions for everything. The place is super cute and the pool is beautiful. The bikes make it very easy to get around. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this spot again. :)

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

Everything was fine, the small place, but in the end it was comfortable for my little family. Very clean and accessible to the pool two steps away, we loved it we hope to return soon! Although we did not meet Ibra personally, we did not have any problems, the check-in was quick and everything was in time and form.

Unit is ok, old stuff inside, kitchen ustensil were rusted a little bit, BUT the spot is soo awesome that everything else is non-relevant. I do not think you can get something that near the water with such a long private beach for that price anywere in the world. So yes I would recommend.

A very pleasant stay, the two only five stars because it is the maximum. If more could be given. The location and the place are perfect. Great communication with the host. I would definitely come back to stay here !

everything was excellent. both the place and the recommendations to places, restaurants and the treatment that Veronica gave us and Tony supported us when we had problems with one of the bikes. and their prompt response and kindness. definitely back again.

This is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The space truly captures the essence of Tulum with its natural elements like stone and wood, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We had a last-minute check-in due to an issue with our previous Airbnb, and the team made the transition seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout our stay. The property was spotless and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. We absolutely adored this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Super clean, easy check in, perfect location in the city

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

Very beautiful place, I highly recommend it

This was a really nice place to meet with our adult children and their kids. The pool was a big hit (so was the small but well equipped gym for the adults). It is well away from the noise of downtown and the beach zone....so renting a car is highly suggested.

Danielas place is beautiful peacful and well organised. The bed is extremely comfy and the apartment is well designed and furnished. There are some coffees & Bars and a dance school in walkable diatance. The lady at the reception was also very healpful and helped me recive my packages i ordered. We can only recommend this place to other guests!

This place was so much fun! I lived the unique layout and the price decks and twists and turns. It felt so spacious with the private tub on the rooftop. There were a lot of stairs to get to it, but it was definitely worth it. The sun came in at all angles, which I loved. It felt really secluded and private, yet still in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure and hot water. David was a gracious just and answered all of my questions! I’d definitely recommend this place.
