We have designed this stylish apartment to ensure comfort and convenience for all types of travelers. We have spent our careers working in the travel industry so we know the importance of providing the essentials for our guests. Hot water with good water pressure, cold air conditioning, speedy wifi and comfortable beds are just the beginning of what we are sure to provide our guests. We have three other apartments available for rent. All are located next to each other so in total you could sleep 20 people. Bring the whole family and your friends! Full access to the entire flat. My husband and I both have years of experience in the hospitality industry and specifically hotels. We currently manage a very successful boutique hotel in Playa so we are able to assist you with all of your vacation needs. Transportation, tours from your door step, massages, restaurant recommendations, you name it, we are here to ensure your Playa vacation is an amazing one! Located in an urban neighborhood, our apartment provides walking distance to all Playa has to offer. Find a great market for your fruit and veggie needs and local food stands for tacos and amazing treats. Please note, our neighborhood is constantly growing and changing so there is potential for construction (you can check our house rules for more info on this). You will find transportation access to be a breeze from our location. This is a brand new condo in the gorgeous Residencia building. It’s just 1 year old and sparkling new. It is on the most beautiful street and best area in PDC! The extraordinary turquoise waters and pristine beach is literally seconds away by walking to the end of the street. The building features unique art such as a colorful classic car with a built in piano. There are many other surprises so that you will be sure to never forget your stay. The rooftop pool is insane! Penthouse apartment on 5th avenue and 40th street on Playa del Carmen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, most place is double height, fully furnished and it has a jacuzzi in its private solarium.
