We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

40 mins from Tulum Airport (driving) Aldea Zama is an exclusive area of Tulum, Studio was fully equipped, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Zama is expanding and there is construction going on so there will be a little noisy in the morning, but not a big deal. Hosts were very responsive to my requests. Oxxo and 7-11 stores are right there in the corner, and some restaurants too. Rooftop pool was really nice and private. 8 mins driving distance to Tulum city center. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment, as described, communication with the host pleasant. The environment is secure, peaceful. And the very kind caretaker. Perfect for my first stay in Mexico. Especially by car, everything is 5/10 min away.

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what is appreciated, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an axxo very close and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It is about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). there are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend the beach 88. In gral everything well, both Cristián and Mrs. Lulu were on the lookout and were friendly with some doubts I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time, Francesca's house is perfect! Well-equipped, secure, in front of the pool and well placed to visit the surrounding sites. The people who monitor access to the residence are very nice and helpful. Francesca, despite her physical absence, was always available and provided good advice. if we have to come back to this area, we'll be back with pleasure at Francesca's ☺️ We highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

we thank Karey for her willingness to help. The accommodation has everything you need for a good vacation, if you like golf, it is the perfect place. It is advisable to have a vehicle for greater comfort. but the neighborhood has mobility to be able to go to the beach. the pool is always clean. Restaurant, and resort hotel bars with differentiated prices due to being lodged. 100% recommended. only suggestion I would ( for those who like to sleep late) is to put a darker curtains in the bedroom windows. Everything is perfect, location, security, cleanliness, attention from the hosts. Regards we will be back soon.

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was in great condition. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, gallon drinking water was provided which was so nice. Very comfortable beds, extra linens, pillows and towels. Blackout curtains. Great location, easy access, safe. Pool was great for relaxing. Easy instructions and recommendations. The location is walkable to beach and 5ta avenida with lots of shopping, a lot of restaurants around at walking distance. Restaurant right in front of apartments with delicious food. Sandra was great, communicated well and flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely book again.

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

Marian's condo is perfect and better than in the photos. I've done a lot of Airbnb and it's the cleanest and most equipped I've had! It is within walking distance of everything, a little noisy some nights but it's normal it's the city of PDC! The 2 bathrooms of the accommodation were very useful to us because we were 4 people. We had breakfast every morning on our balcony facing the pool which we also enjoyed. Lots of amenities are available, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, 2 coffee machines, smoothie blender, books, games, puzzles...really a place I recommend 100% . Marian is also very friendly and the people in charge of the property too! Everything was perfect, thank you!

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.
