Second time staying here and we loved it even more than last year! I can tell she upgraded the bed and got a keurig, which went a long way. Location is close to the beach and felt very safe!

Hidden gem!! I rented for an entire month. First off it was immaculately clean. From the linens to the furniture to the decor on the wall you will feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is fantastic! Great for hitting up the fresh seafood markets and cooking at home. Quiet, clean, super friendly neighborhood. Beach access is a 3 minute walk. Sunsets are out of this world! A 30 minute bike ride or 10 min drive away from Rosemary and Alys beach, tons of restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. The host was super attentive and responsive! One of the best I’ve had.

This place is everything they say it is. On top of that Mark and Pam were amazing hosts even sending us donuts on our first morning. On top of that the daily recommendations, which even accounted for a rainy day, were very helpful. This is what every host should aspire to.

Staying at this house was truly wonderful. Let me start by saying I am not a fan of Airbnb or Vrbo. I'm a resort girl. I love 5 star hotels with room service. I decided to rent this house so I could work remotely and my husband could golf. The bonus was that our kids could come down a week and work remotely also. The layout was perfect. WiFi was great. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much! The house was beautiful in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach and a coffee shop. We were allowed to bring our dog. That was important too! It's a short drive to Panama City Beach and even closer to Rosemary Beach. Everything was perfect! Margaret was very responsive and the house exceeded my expectations.
