Jerri is an amazing host. She is very hospitable and went above and beyond. The unit is stocked with supplies, newly remodeled with great features that made our extended stay a wonderful experience. The location is downtown, two blocks from King St shopping area and restaurants. There is lovely coffee shop on the street and the yard is a great extension. We loved our time here and know you will, too!

Me and my pup had a great stay here! The place was super clean and even though they allow dogs you could NOT smell any pet Oder whatsoever,you could tell all rugs were washed ect. The placed smelled wonderful! The bed was comfy and had the cutest backyard area for my pup. The neighborhood is quite and has a great trail behind the house for walking. It’s only 5/10 minutes drive to folly beach and 10 to downtown Charleston, it’s right in between could not have asked for a better location!! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant one week stay at this clean studio apartment. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions we had. The kitchenette was equipped with basic necessities, making it convenient for preparing simple meals. We did have some trouble getting the Roku to work consistently, but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a well-located stay.
