Holiday rentals in Kaiapoi

We had a lovely stay and the beds were super comfy. Quiet neighbourhood and amenties as described. Great hospitality and service, highly recommend and would stay again if ever i Christchurch.

Everything was above my expectations so there are many things I want to give feedback about: Location: it is in great place, so close to the local beaches, my kids used to walk to the beach. The views are fabulous and relaxing. Close to local shops and not far from Sumner. The house: it is a beautiful house and no one can miss the classy touch inside. The house is full of more than what you will need, I stayed in many Airbnb houses before but this one has exceptional interiors and special taste. We enjoyed the staying a lot. The hosts: Very friendly and responsive, they answered all my questions in minutes. I liked their hospitality and definitely will repeat my experience again. I highly recommend this place.

I spent 2 nights ad Adam's place with my family (4 adults and a 1 year old baby), the location is 10 min drive from Akaroa, the house is furnished with everything one might need, and the balcony and the view are just stunning! It can get quite chilly at night but the airconditioning was heating up pretty quickly. Also: don't forget to do some stargazing from the balcony, incredible sky!

Lovely stay at this centrally located apartment with comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and secured parking. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding. Clean, tidy, and warm - great value.

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! This Airbnb is so nice, we really enjoyed how "homey" it felt. My fiancé and I we're constantly discussing how we wished we could someday live in house and location like this. - Nice clean, modern - very quiet and peaceful - nice ocean close by - Goats on property that are so cute - Great kitchen, great windows, etc.

David’s place was a beautiful spot in Diamond Harbour, with amazing views and lots of space to relax and enjoy the house. David was extremely helpful with keeping us up to date with directions and other things we needed to know about the property.

This apartment was even better than in photos - views of the harbour from the living room were spectacular. Bed was extremely comfortable, toilet and kitchen were well stocked (facial tissue boxes available even at the sides of the bed!). Location was an easy ten minute walk to the Akaroa town centre where all the restaurants and bars were. Melissa gave clear instructions on check-in and how to use appliances around the house. We especially loved the gas fireplace which was a treat especially on chillier nights.
