Monthly Rentals in Kapoho

We stayed for three months while building our home just 4 miles away, and Kunu was always responsive to our questions and concerns.

We’re so grateful and lucky to have stayed at Nicki and Sevyn’s home. Not only was it beautiful, but they were the best hosts we’ve ever had! The home was peaceful, clean, and the surroundings were amazing. My wife didn’t want to leave the grounds after arriving. Their instructions were clear and they both showed us so much hospitality and aloha during our stay. You won’t get a view like theirs anywhere with the sunrises, sunsets, and stars! It exceeded our expectations and I’d recommend them to everyone I know. We’ll definitely be back, thank you again Nicki and Sevyn!!

All in all I had the perfect stay in this peaceful cabin, in the middle of lush greenery. It's a very private place, and Lauren is an amazing host! My husband and I definitely hope to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and couldn't have been a better place for rest and adventure. The kitty trained me how to feed it and I fell in love with watching and feeling the sun and rain as they blew through. It wasn't uncomfortably windy. The outdoor private shower and toilet were pretty great and the little kitchen had what I needed. The location is fairly remote, half an hour from any town and just over an hour from Hilo.
