Monthly Rentals in Leipers Fork

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house was in the perfect location for the plans we had in TN. The playroom is what caught me about this house but the kids weren’t the only one who had everything they needed. EVERYTHING about it was perfect. Will be staying here as often as possible.

Everything was just as described and Kami was very responsive to my requests. She was very friendly and attentive when needed, yet gave me privacy. The location was great. It was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Kami’s place!

We had a long term stay in Franklin and Liz’s property was just what we needed. We were very comfortable and it felt like home away from home while we were there. The master bed/bath were especially nice! A huge room and lots of storage for clothes. The master bath was very nice as well. We appreciated the fenced yard for our 2 small dogs. Liz was very responsive to any messages we sent. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but not far from downtown Franklin. Highly recommend!
